My first customer interaction was mixed. I purchased a rifle off the website (great price!) and went in on a Saturday to pick it up. It had been listed as ready to pick up for a few days. That was almost a nightmare - they had a smart Alek kid working there. He rather rudely told me the rifle wasn't there and that they would call me when they were ready for me to pick it up. MMM-- that didn't go over well. Eventually, I got hooked up with someone who knew what they were doing, finally got checked out, and lo and behold, for some reason, they wanted me to pay for it again. :) It turns out they were just getting a new store manager then, and the lady who transferred firearms was brand new. That went a long way towards explaining the chaos. Well, a few weeks later, it turns out they had a dynamite sale on a SAR S9 pistol I wanted. ($249, with a complete kit and three mags? Deal! Plus it fits just right in my Sig P320 M18 holster...) I ordered it, got notified it was ready to pick up, and meandered in. It was a night and day difference. The transaction was smooth and quick, and the people were incredibly polite. There was a short wait. The employee checking me out cussed at the register a bit but was able to master the darn thing and get it to cooperate and charge me the right price. Things at that store have only improved since then. I have made several more purchases, one in-store and a couple online, and the service, pricing, and customer experience have skyrocketed. I suggest if you are buying a firearm, order it off the internet. (If you know what you want.) If you are buying ammo, grab it on sale and have it delivered. Fast, free shipping is a great thing. If you wish to browse and get a feel for the firearms you lust for, go in early on a weekday afternoon. All in all, I give the gun guys a five-star rating. They may goof up or get crazy busy sometimes, but now that they have the proper backup from management, you can't ask for a better set of guys to work with. No, they cannot deal, and they may not have the encyclopedic knowledge of the folks over at Broadway, but the prices on sale are great, and the people try really hard to provide good customer service. Oh, and the online service is excellent, too. The lady who answers the phone is knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of buying from them. She will even help you place an order. Sweet! Finally, if you are Vet, sign up only and verify your status. (A copy of a DD-214 works great.) That entitles you to a 5% discount on a lot of stuff, including firearms, and applies in addition to any sales, discounts, or rewards you may have. It's not a lot of money, but it usually pays the tax- at least here in Wyoming. If you had a bad experience there, try again. Be patient and friendly, and I expect you will be rewarded with a satisfying customer experience.

My husband finally had to say something for him to even acknowledge us and look up. He acted like we were bugging him by making him do his job. I would never ever go back there and I would never recommend them to anyone. I would rather drive to another town then give them business.
