Nurse Kathleen went above and beyond in her care. many others did as well....Paulette, and others that I didn't get names. very clean and comfortable accommodations. food was okay, and they were flexible to adjust menu to my tastes. I have no complaints. just a suggestion- it would be nice to have more TV channels. i was so nervous to go to a rehab after hospital stay. this place did not disappoint and I would highly recommend to anyone!!

It seems one would be shipwrecked to a deserted island and kept at their hokey dokey lil' shack of a caring place...Just awful! Their food is old, sour, their bathrooms are full of poop on toilets which is shared by 4 patients (door on each side with 2 patients per room....their rooms are very small to fit anything in it and it's dirty mixed matched broken furniture that looks like it was picked up on the curbside during big bulk. NEVER in all my years of visiting many hospitals, rehabs & nursing homes have I ever seen one this SAD!!!!!

i am so disappointed in the care that my dad was given during his "rehab" after leaving griffin…read morehospital. the hospital tells the family that your loved one needs to go to rehab so they can receive physical therapy and other services before returning back home. My dad was there during end of Covid so he was put into a room at end of hallway (away from everyone else and only had minimal interaction w/cna's etc) his meals were brought to that room and he was basically secluded and alone for 14 long days!! when my dad was admitted to BW he had onset dementia but I can tell you without a doubt that after his 30 days at BW he was never the same. they did so much irreparable damage that took so much from my dad and our family. IF I wuld have known, I wuld have demanded that he comes directly home. I could have given him 100% more PT and tlc for sure. it's a shame that the hospitals make their money from us and then make people go to nursing homes for so called "rehab" just so they can also benefit financially. it's disgusting for sure!! I'm sorry to my dad because he deserved so much more. my advice to anyone in similar situation to bypass BW or any other "rehab". by the way, their PT (it he had it at all) was 30 mins or less 5 days/week.its all about money and that's it!!!

He helped me with my sciatic nerve pain and Ive been driving pain free ever since! Debbie has been great hooking me up to as much Stim as I can take. She always adds in just enough to get me to through the gate but never too much so that I "tilt". Then there is "other Debbie". This office has bonus Debbie's which I find absolutely delightful! You can't have too many I say! Other Debbie Has a particular set of skills that would make Liam Neeson jealous. Not only can she quickly get you scheduled into your future Therapy sessions but she has the uncanny ability to move about the facility popping up where least expected. She's kinda like a ninja.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted, temp taken and are sent to start your appointment. They run like a fine oiled machine. The entire staff is amazing! As for Craig, he pushed me just enough to succeed. When I first started I never thought I'd be able to walk again and now I can walk around the block, play catch with my kids, ride a bike and live life. I still have a lot to go but he gave me the basics I needed.

A bright green turf section houses the training equipment and is a great focal point when you walk in. I really enjoy the text reminders on appointment days with the phone number to call if anything changes. With my busy schedule, it's really convenient to get the reminder and take quick action if I need to reschedule. It truly is a place of healing and I feel like they've built a personalized plan which has already helped me get back on track while providing me with skills to maintain the progress on days I don't come in (stretches, exercises).
