They happily retouched the photos I requested and even upgraded my photo package, which I really appreciated. Their willingness to make things right showed that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. While I'd rate the photos themselves around 4 stars, I'd give their customer service 4.5 to 5 stars. Because they listened to my feedback, responded promptly, and worked with me to improve the final product, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly photography experience in Maui.

First - I had a special photo of my son and I (from when he was 4) that I was hoping to recreate on his wedding day. On the day - the team showed up well before our event, and they even mounted flashes up high, around the space (inconspicuously), so there would be enough light at our outdoor venue.
