I have never dealt with a contractor who was more helpful, more on top of the entire job from start to finish than Austin. His crew did complete tear off and complete new roof on house and garage in one day and there was zero evidence they had been there except for the nice new roofs. We are still waiting for the final job to be done! They were paid in full yet never finished! Joe gave excuse after excuse after excuse as to why it was not done and made multiple Arrangements per se to come and have the work completed, yet never showed up! I cannot tell you how many times I made phone calls trying to get them to complete what they were paid to do to no avail.
