For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. Before booking with groundworks I read only stellar 5 star reviews, and I am confident in saying they are all well deserved.

The first time he showed up, after our agreed price and time line, he was late and on his own. A project of our size would at least need a couple people, in order to be completed in the week he had promised. He worked with one hand occupying his phone, and after lunch, he worked for a only a couple hours. He claimed he works alone to save cost, and also informed us after, that he has another project on the go. There is no way he was going to effectively complete our project, in the promised time. We told him we no longer wanted his services, and told him to cancel the project. He claimed we owed him $500, for the one day of work and polymer sand. He shows me the contract on his iPad; which was priced higher, than the initial one he had e-mailed. I paid him the $500, and called it a day. I don't recommend services with this company.

My general contractor brought this company in without seeing the quality of their work, they did…read more The stucco in my house primarily did a good job, but the quality assurance was not there and I found myself having to inspect areas and have them fixed deficiencies, that's not really the homeowner's job. In addition to that, they were eating a lot of junk food and throwing their wrappers around my house describing my house as a construction site. Not a home and they certainly treated us such cigarette butts everywhere, they used my barbecue cover to cover up their mortar buckets destroying it. They use treated wood from the side of my house for their own job. Destroying it without asking any consent whether they could use any of my material. They also use brand new landscaping bricks that were put aside for a small retaining wall as leveling stones for their scaffolding, thus getting them all covered in stucco as well making them useless for the future design of my front yard. In addition to all of this, they agreed to do the veneer stone at the front of my house, they don't have the experience for this, I would not recommend hiring them for any project outside of stucco, I was disappointed with how the mortar was installed within the stone cracks. Cracks they repeatedly have to come back and fix their mistakes, they also agreed to put do the caulking around the windows and seams of the house, and then complained to me that it wasn't their job to do in the first place when they did a poor job. Nice enough guy, but there are two particular individuals on his staff that I would not want back of my property. In fact I had to tell tell the owner to make sure they did not return.
