Only a week later March 18th, I called Queen Bee as I could no longer attend the whole weekend. Alma instructed me on how to submit for the refund which I did while she was on the phone with me. I waited, no refund. I called, emailed, called and emailed some more with screen shots of the EventBright refund request confirmation. **Still nothing. After a few more weeks, I called my bank for a formal dispute. I provide my bank the screenshots of emails to Queen Bee and EventBright confirmations. The bank initially refunded me. Yesteday, June 10th, I get a letter from my bank that notes they reversed the refund because Queen Bee said there is no reason for a refund (almost $300!) Queen Bee refuses to acknowledge the situation, still no phone answer and no reply to email. I did not attend and now I am out $300 because of their poor business practice. SHAME!!!! BOOOO!!!!

Its a self guided tour with a mechanism you get when you walk in that allows you more information at each spot. There's a 15 minute movie option. I do suggest you start with that then head up to the flight deck before it gets too hot. Tons of picture options, including an iconic Maverick & Goose shot. From there they'll lead you to a part of the tour you can only see with a guide, the rest is on your own. There will be several spots where you'll be like hmmm this was in Top Gun. Definitely don't skip this tour.
