It was not an easy installation, since the masonry wall surface it would attach to was not quite vertical. The supporting iron had to be channeled into the masonry to provide a proper vertical installation. Cano was up to this task, and the installed gate is vertical, swings freely, and latches securely. Anthony the owner, is letting me know I will need to pay $200 on top of the almost $10,000 I already spent on this "quality" fence to fix the gate clasp that has already had bolts fall off and is hanging off the fence. This fence is never slammed shut or used improperly, yet he is arguing that it is and therefore will only fix it if I pay an additional $200. He came out once because after a few months, the gate door was already not aligning to close properly-- but now another faulty part and he does not want to fix it. He claims that even once single slam from wind can cause the latch to break and therefore his faulty product will cost you $200 to fix on a brand new fence! This is a blame the customer company, never just a mistake on their behalf on quality or maybe a rushed installation! Very bad customer service and extremely unethical practice. I know we all need to make a living at the end of the day, but this is outright greedy after the dollar amount I had already spent on this fence. Find another company unless you wish to spend a large dollar sum and have zero coverage or warranty on poor parts after the fact.

During the restoration, he demonstrated that he is very thorough & paid attention to the smallest detail. It showed that he takes great pride in his work and truly loves his craft. His price quoted was also very reasonable in comparison to the 4 other quotes I received. We are very satisfied customers. I did also ask him to restore a small table with iron legs that had rusted over the years. It has a lot of sentimental value & pleased with the end result.. Unfortunately, a couple weeks after restoring the iron rail, it was damaged when we had a tree pulled next to it. I reached out to Jose and he came out asap to fix it. He basically redid the entire finishing process to make sure the rail would be smooth and even. I didn't expect him to redo it completely. I assumed it would just be touched up in the spots that needed fixing. He refused payment for the repairs even though the damage was our fault. Very professional and polite, we made an appointment and he came on time. I was expecting a quick spot welds just to keep the gate functional. Jose G. took his time and ground the areas to ensure a good weld, then he grounded out the raw weld to a perfect finish, both front and back. Then he welded the top bracket as well do complete the job. I can tell this was professional work, I used to weld while on the ship. Great value, excellent communications, outstanding work, easy to work with; highly recommend this pro-welder. I was mazed at his welding machine, the size of a lunch box, uses about 500 watts, but works like a charm. Thank you for a job well done, in my community we say "BRAVO ZULU!"
