The parking lot is tiny. It is actually divided into 2 lots, one of which is 4 parallel parking spots next to the drive through, and another which is teeny tiny, and they do not connect. To get in and out, you have to go on a busy one way street, so if you pick the wrong parking lot, you have to drive all around and come back by on the one way street. It has a bad layout and no restrooms for customers.

She also informed me that accounts can be open at the branch with just a little bit of information. They have you wait out in your car while they process everything and it only takes about 15 minutes.
