Your choice of banking, ATM, drive thru or walk inside for full service. I was in need of notary service and kind of in a hurry on a Friday. I stood at the counter for about 1 minute before being waited on. The nice lady at the counter confirmed they could do it but there was one person ahead of me. Fast, friendly and efficient. I'd like to remove 1/2 star due to my dislike for the constant effort to up sell you on some sort of product. Besides that I'm a happy WF customer.

Well, went to Vystar and they not only notarized his POA for me, but the plane was buzzing with helpful staff and we ended up moving all his accounts to them. In addition, Vystar had less monthly fees and ATM charges. We had been at Community First since it was Educational Community CU. they have gone straight downhill. Their customer service by phone is also very slow. There are plenty of other options out there folks!

This being said, the branch manager is great, the tellers have been wonderful, and the Merrill Lynch guy (Tyler) is fantastic. Corporate just doesn't give a rat's rectum about customer service. You can reach them but in a minute they'll call you. They don't respond to CFPB complaints with any adequacy, it seems they own their own regulator.
