The people have been great. Most recently, I worked with Lineth Pena and she was wonderful. She was very nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and efficient. She's great at what she does. I wish there were more people like her. This is the only Bank of America in High Point that's open on Saturday. Compared to other Bank of America locations I've been to, mainly in North Carolina and Georgia, this location is perhaps the nicest and biggest. I believe I remember when this location opened and I want to say it was in the 90s, but I don't know for sure. I grew up going to the church next door, First Baptist Church, beginning in the 80s.

One lady took in people that got there after me. The guy that helped me was nice and professional but was doing the job of 3 people. Helping everyone that walked in and others in an office area. He was really doing everything in that bank of several other people there that could help but maybe he's the only one that can multitask and do all. He did print out statements for me but I did end up waiting a good hour do to him being spread thin.

We asked every year and this time we asked several times because it hit at home when my own SPECIAL NEEDS SON passed away. THIS CRAPPY BANK with CRAPPY LYING EMPLOYEES can not even give the COURTSEY of emailing or calling just to say they will not sponsor. I guess SPECIAL NEEDS is not WORTHY of any mention, and the BS about supporting LOCAL events, I have done 15 yrs of events on the coast on NC and not once have they sponsored or ACKNOWLEDGED IT, and in High Point area I have done 4 yrs worth of events.
