After waiting 3 weeks and coming to the site they stated it had to be 10 ft away which is fine. Although we had a perfect site 10 ft away, they refused to do the service because we are living in a camper with an add on while we build our home. They were unwilling to help or even work toward a viable solution. This is obviously not a camp site. Its private land with permanent residency. I am ashamed of them we have used them for many many years. Today they lost our business and everyone I can tell if this atrocity because of the unwillingness to help by their supervisor "Paco".

We needed oil in a hurry because it was so cold! Glenwood was able to get us oil the same day that we called for a reasonable price. We're very happy with the service we received.

We used Davenport Energy as they were recommended by Bob Garrett when they installed our generator…read more We had our one year free maintenance done and the technician said we had 36 hours on the generator but our propane was at 35%...almost impossible since it is a 250 gallon tank...We called Davenport and they sent a technician out at 6:30 at night when it was dark and he did a quick test and said that there was NO LEAK. Fast forward 4 weeks and we filled the tank back up with Davenport for $729.00 worth of propane. That was on 12/22/ 25 and we paid that bill in full on 12/24/25. We checked our tank this past Saturday and it was down to 35% again. This time after O hours on the generator. This tank is only for the generator. We called Davenport again and this time they sent out a technician that had some sense. Long story short there WAS A LEAK AND THEY WERE THE INSTALLERS so this leak was all on them. The fixed the leak. I called to tell them that there absolutely was a leak and the first technician didn't find it so now i am out 2 tanks of propane. I would appreciate if they would come out now and fill it for me again at no charge. The lady that answers their calls starts arguing with me that if there was a leak the generator wouldn't work right and that we COULDN"T HAVE LOST THAT MUCH PROPANE. I asked to speak to a manager and am waiting for that call. This company did the installation and if there was a leak its all on them. If this is how they solve a customer problem that THEY CREATED I do not recommend them to anyone . I will wait for their manager to call but the bottom line is that this company is lacking in customer service.
