This year I called and paid for delivery on December 24th normal call in percentage is 30% I called at 40%. It is now Jan 10th below 20% and I am being told they still wont be here until next week. What ever happened to 3-5 day delivery for services paid for?

We've never had a propane heated house so we are not familiar with how fast the tank can be emptied but with the mild temperatures we've hand, it wasn't something we were keeping up on. When we went to the house to do some cleaning and painting last week the temperature in the house was 45 degrees! After checking the furnaces (we have two: one for the original house and one for the addition...strange) and seeing all seemed well, I checked the propane tank...it was totally empty! After recovering from a panic, we called Sagamore and were told that there was a truck in our area making deliveries and that they would get them there as soon as possible. 20 minutes later the truck pulled into the driveway! AMAZING! The driver was courteous but got straight to filling our tank so we could get the heat back on. We then signed up for Sagamore's monitoring service so that they would automatically send a truck out again when the tank gets to 25% capacity and this would never happen again. The lady on the phone also explained how we can schedule fill ups if we wanted to and when the best time of the year do so and get the best price on fuel. Sagamore simply has outstanding customer service and seems to truly care about their customers.

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service and price-gauging that this company does. It seems like they are a monopoly in town, but if you can avoid renting from them, please do!! Better yet, if you're looking for business ideas in the area, this might be a good one! For a party rental company, they charge significantly extra for weekend (Saturday and Sunday) drop-offs and pick-ups of rentals. I do not understand how they are in this business if they cannot reasonably accommodate weekends. Cost breakdown: - For 250 chairs, the rental cost $1750 - The drop-off fee on a Friday: ~$100 - Pick-up Saturday after the wedding (INSANE!): $1500+ I was charged an extra $800 fee for Saturday pick-up alone and then when I was on my honeymoon, I received a surprise $500 credit card from them with NO COMMUNICATION. I had been on previous emails with Allison Brooks and NO ONE reached out to the lady who was paying the bills. There was a surprise charge for the chairs not being stacked. I was more than happy to pay the pick-up team for the extra labor, but I'm disgusted that they're turning a profit on the extra time and that those guys won't be seeing that full amount of money. Overall, 36 hours of 250 chair rentals cost me over $4k. This was the worst wedding vendor I worked with and did not provide the customer service that is deserved for payment of such large sums of money. I do NOT recommend using them and do recommend paying for better service out of Indianapolis. I'm just so disgusted by how expensive they were for such BAD customer service.

Instead LS did the exact opposite. Said instead, too bad, you are on your own. The excuse being our (now out of business after ripping customers off and doing dangerous, shoddy installs) installers are independent contractors, OBVIOUSLY not vetted by LS and yall KNEW the installer had issues! Loose bolts, broken bolts, improperly torqued bolts on major LS components, dangling unsecured ABS brake lines. All we asked for was reimbursement for the 2 major repairs to get us home. We didnt ask for reimbursement for the rental car while we were stuck in Bristol, CT for 9 days getting repairs, the non refundable camp site reservation deposits, the cracked propane valve caused by banging down the road with no suspension or compensation for a ruined trip of a lifetime. All we asked for was reimbursement for 2 large repair bills, 1 of which was to correct potentially life threatening LS mechanical failures. So for the amount of $4100, LS decided to toss us to the curb and say too bad. I will do everything in my power to generate as many negative reviews as I can, as many places as I can, so current and potential new customers know that while LS might be an expensive but great product, they will do nothing and are not accountable if something goes wrong. I WILL sing the praises of CT Motorcars and their professional staff for identifying and correcting potentially life threatening issues from the original, NON VETTED installer.
