Overall, awesome for simple projects, but strongly recommend that a client confirms his familiarity with a project BEFORE accepting his proposal. Similarly, he should be upfront about his level of expertise with certain projects. UPDATE: I had to replace a second stage regulator with another company because his was faulty. Then I got a whole new tankless hot water heater only to discover that the other regulator he installed was to blame. $$$$$$ extra money spent when I really just needed a different gas guide.
