I arrived just a few minutes before opening, so I simply pulled into a parking space in front of the store to wait a few minutes until the air check station was set-up and operating. That's all I was there for... the tire pressure light was on and I'm just too spoiled to check myself. In any case, I was looking at my phone and would you believe it, the manager appeared next to my car asking if I needed help! Wow! Talk about service. I told him I was just there for a tire check and I was happy to wait a few minutes until they were officially open. He told me to pull around and they'd take care of me. I just can't say enough about America's Tire and Discount Tire. I get awesome service at both! (The same company - different name in California than the rest of the US.) They took great care of me, didn't charge me a cent, and the tires on the vehicle are still the ones that came with it when we bought it. You can bet I'll be buying tires here when it's time. I have to say that this location service of level continues to amaze me. I came in to get 4 tires re-balanced as I was getting some front vibration. The crew & Judd did an amazing job of getting a stubborn lug nut off. As I think I over tighten it a bit. But the team got it off (sorry you all had to bust out the 6ft breaker bar). My wheels are 16 years old. It has been thru alot and 3 are bent (this was from another America's Tire a decade ago in San Jose, which the crew there denied when I visited them the next day). I ordered online and made the booking there. This was convenient. They called me soon after the tire was available, and I could come in anytime. I came at my scheduled time and was attended right away. I waited in the lobby which had free Wi-Fi' and watched the car worked on through glass wall. They got it done very quickly. Honestly I'm pretty amazed with America's Tire overall service. A nail punctured my tire last night and I went on the website to make an appointment for 9am. I got here 8:55 and checked in right on the dot. Making an appointment will definitely make your life easier as it already provides the information they need to ask you up front anyway. I like that they do not try to sell anything to me but only provided me with information such as my tire health. I think the technicians are great with updating the people with what they're doing as they are working on the car. Nich, who was my salesperson, provided an accurate time as to when my car would be finished. I don't understand people who complain about walk ins and think they will get priority over appointments. I purchased 4 new tires and had them delivered to the store for installation. The tires were delivered a day early and I got a call asking if I wanted to come in. Service was A++ I was greeted instantly upon exiting my vehicles asking how they could help. My vehicle was serviced and I was in and out in less than 45 min. Tire pricing was the cheapest when compared and I purchased the certificates that will cover any future tire issues as no cost. I came in on a Wednesday evening to drop my car off for new tires to be installed the following morning. To my surprise, they offered to replace all four tires same day -- right at closing time -- which was incredible. I got there at 6pm, and by 6:10pm they had all four tires replaced. The whole team worked together like a pit crew, tackling the job quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Even though we were the only car there at the time, they treated it like a top priority from start to finish. He checked for deliveries, options and availabilities, also gave me a estimate time for everything. Everything started at 9:34 AM the tire Brand New was delivered at 11 AM. Brendan was great! I was told a month or two ago that I needed new tires. On the way to take my car into the shop for an issue, I got a "flat". I have run-flats so I was able to get to this location without a hitch. Brendon said they didn't have my tires in stock so I was going to just get the flat fixed. He told me he found another location that had the tires I need. They went and picked them up and I was out of there quickly. He was great, as was the rest of the team that helped. Came here to have an online order installed. Order came in early, and I was notified promptly. They were even able to adjust my appointment instead of waiting through the weekend. Install took a little longer than initially quoted, which is no worries, but Brendan recognized it and waived the install fee. Took my daughter's vehicle here as the tire had a nail. After hours they said they can not repair and they could sell her new tires. It was repairable. Took it to Paradise Les Schwab the next day and they repaired it. Very unhappy that they either didn't want to repair, or wanted to upsell. Either way, unethical. read more

I had to get a last minute tire repair and luckily I was able to get in the next day. I was able to find a new tire within my budget and they did not try to sale anything more to me. It only took about 35 mins for them to fix my tire and even doing a complimentary tire rotation and fill the air! All of the workers were very nice. 4:15 Saturday pulled into AT with a very flat tire. I evidently picked up a nail from the construction zone at Kaiser Medical Center. (Talk about adding insult to injury.) Non-fixable. And since I have specialty tires, they would have to order a new one. They keep a bunch of used tires to cover the oddballs they don't have in stock and they had one that would fit! So, I got a "loaner" tire! I've never heard of such a thing. But it got me home and that was important. And since my tires came from AT, the replacement was only $48! ($243 new) Funny how excellent customer service and the feeling that someone has gone out of the way to help out in a bad situation can actually make you feel good. BTW, I have been buying all my tires at Americas Tire for over 40 years when they were the only place that stocked Bug tires! read more

Pablo was very friendly and recommended I also replace my windshield wiper blades while I was in since they were stripping off. Only had to pay for coverage on the new tire and new wiper blades. I would give this place zero stars if I could I went in for a simple tire for my Honda accord. The American tire on Walerga changed it then after told me they broke my lugnut so I need a stud replacement now. They did offer to pay for it but when I accepted they sent me to rocklin and now I have to wait two weeks just to get my car fixed when they broke it I'm so upset and dissatisfied with the people and customer support/ service from this American tire.
