I would like to take a moment to recognize Julian S. at your 7645 Walerga Rd, Antelope, CA 95843 location for providing an exceptional customer service experience and representing Discount Tire / America's Tire at the highest level. From the moment I arrived, Julian demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism, patience, and product knowledge. I had numerous questions and concerns, and he took the time to address each one thoroughly and ensure that I fully understood my options. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or taking up too much of his time. Julian also went above and beyond by providing me with a printed quote and information that I specifically requested for a future purchase. read more

Great customer service. Everyone was polite and service was speedy. The place was clean and I only waited just over an hour for them to replace my tire. Thankfully, I always pay for the tire protection certificates. So this tire only cost me $50 for a certificate for the new tire. read more

America's Tire - Tire puncture - Tires Near Me - Antelope, California

Came in on today monday 9/21/26 around 8:10-8:15am to hopefully just get 1 tire properly patched. The gentleman who looked at my car said I needed to replace my tire and cannot just patch it. For context, I ran over a nail and I plugged it to get it to Americas tires. My tires are still fairly new and in good condition. The staff said I needed to replace it because it's not safe to patch. And I listened because I am no tire expert. Told me it was going to be about an hour wait and I was fine with waiting considering that I didn't make an appointment and there were literally 2 other people in the lobby. I got the link that tracks the status of the car texted to me. The ETA was 9:33AM. I patiently waited. My car did not get pulled into the shop until 9:44AM! I didn't know that the ETA of completion meant the ETA of starting the service. I would have appreciated more communication and updates. I feel like there was a lack of communication and that I was upsold on replacing my tire when I am curious if another staff would recommend patching it up. Also, what adds to my suspicion of questioning this gentleman's knowledge is that I have AWD and I was always told that if I replace one I need to replace ALL.... I understand they are busy and the work flow is busy. I usually have a decent experience and that is why I keep coming back but I am very disappointed in service time and lack of communication. And yes, I had so much time to wait that I had time to write this review as I'm waiting for my car. read more

I've had a nail in my tire twice already this past year & I took my car straight here to have the problem fixed. Joe & Jasiri were super friendly & did inspections on my tires to explain any issues. Each time I came here, I was in & out under an hour & didn't have to pay to get them fixed! The second time I came, I had booked an early morning appointment & I'm glad I did because a long line started to form immediately. I recommended booking an appointment online & coming to this location for friendly, speedy service! :) read more

Have good pricing on tires but lug nuts can be difficult to loosen after they tighten them and air pressure is different in each tire. So check their work when they're done so you don't get stranded with a wheel that you can't remove. read more

I arrived just a few minutes before opening, so I simply pulled into a parking space in front of the store to wait a few minutes until the air check station was set-up and operating. That's all I was there for... the tire pressure light was on and I'm just too spoiled to check myself. In any case, I was looking at my phone and would you believe it, the manager appeared next to my car asking if I needed help! Wow! Talk about service. I told him I was just there for a tire check and I was happy to wait a few minutes until they were officially open. He told me to pull around and they'd take care of me. I just can't say enough about America's Tire and Discount Tire. I get awesome service at both! (The same company - different name in California than the rest of the US.) They took great care of me, didn't charge me a cent, and the tires on the vehicle are still the ones that came with it when we bought it. You can bet I'll be buying tires here when it's time. They're the best! read more

I had a very positive experience with Les Schwab. After making a simple appointment, they repaired my flat tire at no charge in about10 minutes. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I appreciate their outstanding customer service. I recommend Les Schwab for tire services. read more

This is the most non customer service I have experienced in awhile. Workers see you waiting they just staring not asking how may we help you nothing. I had to ask where do I get a tire pressure check he says down there. Waiting had while workers just walking pass and staring. Was trying ask a worker in red shirt he said before I asked someone would be with you when they're free and just walked away. I just looked and thought to myself why didn't the worker that was just staring mentioned someone would be with us when somebody was free. read more

I have to say that this location service of level continues to amaze me. I came in to get 4 tires re-balanced as I was getting some front vibration. The crew & Judd did an amazing job of getting a stubborn lug nut off. As I think I over tighten it a bit. But the team got it off (sorry you all had to bust out the 6ft breaker bar). My wheels are 16 years old. It has been thru alot and 3 are bent (this was from another America's Tire a decade ago in San Jose, which the crew there denied when I visited them the next day). Anyhow, this location and the crew here. Balanced my wheels and vibration is gone. So guys thank you!!! See you all soon! read more

I have been going to America's Tire locations and had always great services. My Mustang needed special tires and the web site showed that it would take few days to have it after ordering. I ordered online and made the booking there. This was convenient. They called me soon after the tire was available, and I could come in anytime. I came at my scheduled time and was attended right away. I waited in the lobby which had free Wi-Fi' and watched the car worked on through glass wall. They got it done very quickly. The service was quick and pleasant. It was a very professional place. read more

This place has best customer service hands down! The team is very knowledgeable and respectful. I will go not where else! The manger is next level. Can't wait to get a nail in my tire! read more

Honestly I'm pretty amazed with America's Tire overall service. A nail punctured my tire last night and I went on the website to make an appointment for 9am. I got here 8:55 and checked in right on the dot. Making an appointment will definitely make your life easier as it already provides the information they need to ask you up front anyway. I like that they do not try to sell anything to me but only provided me with information such as my tire health. I think the technicians are great with updating the people with what they're doing as they are working on the car. Nich, who was my salesperson, provided an accurate time as to when my car would be finished. I don't understand people who complain about walk ins and think they will get priority over appointments. I'd say the America's Tire at this location is efficient. read more

I purchased 4 new tires and had them delivered to the store for installation. The tires were delivered a day early and I got a call asking if I wanted to come in. Service was A++ I was greeted instantly upon exiting my vehicles asking how they could help. My vehicle was serviced and I was in and out in less than 45 min. Tire pricing was the cheapest when compared and I purchased the certificates that will cover any future tire issues as no cost. Thank again and I will be recommending this location to everyone. read more

Brendan was great! I was told a month or two ago that I needed new tires. On the way to take my car into the shop for an issue, I got a "flat". I have run-flats so I was able to get to this location without a hitch. Brendon said they didn't have my tires in stock so I was going to just get the flat fixed. He told me he found another location that had the tires I need. They went and picked them up and I was out of there quickly. He was great, as was the rest of the team that helped. America's tires in general is great. All locations have been super helpful. read more

I waited 20 minutes to get my tires check and had two acknowledgments and no one helped me. That's crazy, and although there were customers it wasn't busy (more like steady) I've purchases tired at this location about a year ago and had great customer service but not sure what happened. read more

I came in on a Wednesday evening to drop my car off for new tires to be installed the following morning. To my surprise, they offered to replace all four tires same day -- right at closing time -- which was incredible. I got there at 6pm, and by 6:10pm they had all four tires replaced. The whole team worked together like a pit crew, tackling the job quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Even though we were the only car there at the time, they treated it like a top priority from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I can't recommend this America's Tire location enough -- amazing service and an incredible team! read more

Amazing staff at this location. Had a nail repair done and they had me in and out quickly. Very efficient all of the way around. Thank you!

The people who work at this location are beyond wonderful. I got a huge screw stuck in my tire while driving and had to be at an appointment in an hour. Called them on the way, they took me right in. Fixed my tire for free super fast and even helped me chase my runaway huskies two blocks down (NIcholas, forever grateful). I mean if that wasn't epic customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you guys so much!!! You totally saved my day. Coming only to this location forever. read more

I had a blowout on my left driver side tire in the back. Jasiri, Assistant Manager was very professional, and he gave me a very reasonable quote for the quality of tires for car. He checked for deliveries, options and availabilities, also gave me a estimate time for everything. Everything started at 9:34 AM the tire Brand New was delivered at 11 AM. He called me and it 1130 I was finished considering that competitors Pricing and timeframe would've been all day. I highly suggest and advise. Going to American Tires, Walerga Rd, Antelope. Came here to have an online order installed. Order came in early, and I was notified promptly. They were even able to adjust my appointment instead of waiting through the weekend. I had to get a last minute tire repair and luckily I was able to get in the next day. I was able to find a new tire within my budget and they did not try to sale anything more to me. It only took about 35 mins for them to fix my tire and even doing a complimentary tire rotation and fill the air! All of the workers were very nice. Would definitely come back for any other issues or to even get a new set of tires. read more

America's Tire - Screw in my tire - Tires Near Me - Antelope, California

Took my daughter's vehicle here as the tire had a nail. After hours they said they can not repair and they could sell her new tires. It was repairable. Took it to Paradise Les Schwab the next day and they repaired it. Very unhappy that they either didn't want to repair, or wanted to upsell. Either way, unethical. read more

4:15 Saturday pulled into AT with a very flat tire. I evidently picked up a nail from the construction zone at Kaiser Medical Center. (Talk about adding insult to injury.) Non-fixable. And since I have specialty tires, they would have to order a new one. They keep a bunch of used tires to cover the oddballs they don't have in stock and they had one that would fit! So, I got a "loaner" tire! I've never heard of such a thing. But it got me home and that was important. And since my tires came from AT, the replacement was only $48! ($243 new) Funny how excellent customer service and the feeling that someone has gone out of the way to help out in a bad situation can actually make you feel good. BTW, I have been buying all my tires at Americas Tire for over 40 years when they were the only place that stocked Bug tires! read more

This place is AWESOME! There's a gentleman name Brendan and he's amazing! courteous and helpful. We ask for recommendations what tire to get that fits our budget & specs. He helped us all the way through. Long story short, we ended up getting 8 new tires for a great deal. (compare to the couple tire store we inquire prior) Came back for the installation! They just work fast and efficient. Thank you! read more

We have been to this location a few times now. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. We went again today. We had low tire pressure. They found a tiny nail, he said. Luckily we have the insurance on the tires. Luckily they were able to repair the tire. We didn't wait very long. The time they said it would be finished, was the correct time, probably even a little sooner. read more
