Only complaint is the bumpers are only for people of a certain height (my sister is 11 but was too tall for them). I appreciate how you can add a photo for each player. I noticed that when people finished their game an employee would come and clean all the chairs, table and screen. We didn't buy any food but the group next to us had a fat order nachos that looked appetizing. Overall, clean and good energy.
