DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!…read more This does not even deserve one star. We had the worst experience from the get go. We called to make a reservation and were told on the phone and in writing that we had one month free. We arrived at the storage unit and there was a lock on the unit assigned to us and the owners items were in our unit. We had to wait for him to come empty his unit. Then we received our invoice and did not get a month free. When it was time for us to move out I asked the owner if he could please send me a copy of a seven day notice document that he said we needed to fill out and his reply to me was "no".

I had rented a U-Haul to move my things to EZ Access storage. The person that was going to help me unload became unavailable. Needless to say, I was in a pickle. I called Ricardo to see if he knew of anyone I could hire. He offered up his assistance. He saved me. This was a big job to unload the truck, and he was so kind and helpful. I owe him so much and he would not except any payment. If you need a storage unit, please check this locally owned business. I am sincerely grateful!!

Now I was familiar with Joel at Rocky Mountain Pressure Washing from Nextdoor, and I had always…read moreliked and appreciated his posts regarding his work and other things. Recently, I had some work I needed done right along the lines of what he does and that was re-staining the top of my porch railings that were starting to peel after four years. So I hired Joel to do the job at my house. Not only did Joel do a primo job, see pictures, but after he was finished, the rain moved in and some bugs came and stuck all over my railings. It was a disaster. I was worried, but I told him about it and he said he would come and do a little sanding and do a re-stain on a drier day. He was good to his word and he came and got rid of the bugs and added a third coat and now they look absolutely beautiful. So not only does Joel do excellent work, he stands by that work and he's proved to me that Customer satisfaction is his priority. Yes I paid him a little extra to come and finish, but he didn't know that at first. Plus the value was outstanding. I highly recommend Joel at Rocky Mountain Pressure Washing for whatever home jobs you might need!
