Apparently because of an "IT problem" our order never was received by their operations department. We notified Arwood Waste the day before our wedding that the trailer had not been delivered. Due to the fact that they gave us a delivery window of 7AM to 7PM by the time they had not delivered during their window they were also closed and all our phone calls and emails went unanswered. We continued to call all Saturday. Any upstanding company would immediately do anything in their power to remedy the problem; instead, multiple people at Arwood Waste told us they would take care of the problem and call us back. No one called us back and soon everyone stopped answering our phone calls entirely.
