I made my hopefully final move into a house and scheduled them for 9am. I called around 9:20 to find out where they were, no one had contacted me. Said there was a personal emergency and it would be 10:30. 11 rolls around, still nothing. I call again because they are not keeping me updated, they finally arrive around 11:30. It took over six and a half hours, constant complaints of how a third guy wasn't sent, they didn't wrap anything other than my tv, and actually broke off some of the brick on my steps at my new place for how rough they were being with my belongings. And after all that.... A 5% discount. Please do not use Jaguar moving. You and your furniture deserve much better.

I scheduled Jaguar Moving to move some brand-new, boxed appliances. The movers picked up the…read moreappliances and met us at the drop-off site. When they were unloading the truck, they mentioned that they did not have the proper dollies to move the heavy appliances. We were never told that or given the option to stop the move before it started. They proceeded to attempt to move one of the appliances. It fell crashing to the ground from the truck. The movers would not write the damage on an invoice. I was asked to pay for the move, and instructed the agent that I did not authorize the charge but wanted to speak to a supervisor. The agent said he would have a supervisor call me. Instead, they charged the card 10 minutes later, and no one called. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!

So it ended up being just one guy there to take out all of my stuff but he was a FREAK'IN BEAST!!!!! (I think his name was Alvin but I'm horrible at remembering names.) My apartment was on the 2nd floor, with no elevator, and that guy took everything out by himself, including the sectional sofa I was getting rid of. I'm telling you, ... This company keeps their word and they will get the job done. No Matter What!!!! You can tell this company is run by former Military people because they will adapt, improvise, and overcome! I paid for full packaging service; they packed my drawer stuff in a trash bag! very unprofessional. 4. They don't pack the furniture very well, so they damaged most of my furniture's and broke my bone China's. 5. They didn't cover the rugs at all, so they get so dirty. 6. They used a tape on all my stuff for packing, hard to clean them from the surface of furniture. 7. They used my toilet rugs to pack my gym stuff! UNBELEIVABLE!!! 8. They packed all the pictures frame without right protection, so everything is so damaged, Same as the pots and kitchen stuff are dumped in the box. That is, it.
