As usual, unforeseen delays occurred and Clint at Reliable worked with us as the project went from 2 weeks to 5! Horrible service for Porta-John's. We paid them monthly on time for about 18 months straight…read more Never late on a payment. For first 9 months, things were okay until the driver who came each week for cleaning, finally retired. After that, things got lousy real fast. The new driver assigned to our area was changing every week or two. They didn't show up to clean the unit weekly as scheduled. We often went 10-14 days with no cleaning and had to call dispatch. If they did show up, they did a half-baked job. They tore up part of our yard because they couldn't back into our driveway properly. They often lied to dispatch and said they stopped, but never did many times. We had to pay extra in winter months for winterizer. But the drivers never used it and everything froze. Then when they came to clean the next week, they couldn't clean it properly due to freezing, which merely compounded the situation. The drivers claimed we blocked their access to the unit with our cars. It was their excuse to dispatch to avoid having to stop and clean the unit. It was a lie though since we ensured the unit was free when they were scheduled to come. For the one or two times a car was in the way, someone was available to immediately move it each time. Toward the end, dispatch got tired of us calling and tried covertly take the unit back one day after we had just paid for that month. They assumed we would not be on site that day and be able to intervene in the situation. We had to intervene with the driver and get him to put the unit back in place. Finally, a few weeks later, we canceled the service altogether and went with a competitor. Absolutely horrible service!

They showed up 6 HOURS EARLY to pick up: Scheduled for July 16th afternoon. Driver is outside my house at 10AM and woke me up. I wasn't done. Then they tried to charge me for it: I said "fine, I'll pay the $12/day to keep it longer." Dispatch says nope -- $150 "driving fee" because the driver is already here. So I get punished because THEY came 6 HOURS early?? Did not pay the $150. Got screwed out of time I already paid for. Bottom line: Unreliable, shady billing, zero customer service. If you value your time and money, use a different company or learn the hard way!

I received a call back Monday at 8 a.m. Rick came out Wednesday on time at 8 a.m. I had received a text the night before confirming the appointment, and a text that morning that the tech was on his way. I like that! Rick diagnosed the problem, he ordered the parts, and I paid the service fee by check. Following the same procedure, he and Mike arrived at 8 a.m. the next Monday and installed the parts. Then they checked the circuit board. Nothing. Rick gave me a price for the board, including the parts he had just installed. I decided for that cost I could buy a new washer. The techs were very kind, agreeing, and charged me only for the service, which I'd already paid. They did remove the new parts to return. Note to self: If the washer is so off balanced that it "walks" several inches, get it checked out now. That rattling/walking can loosen other parts.
