I went there because I already had a bad day. The first guy was nice, but then they got a grumpy guy out of the back, that didn't know what I wanted. The language barrier is hard enough as it is. I'm American; in the States, we have great customer service for goods and services. I speak with my wallet; I walk if people are rude. I had already had one salon be rude and only remove some polish on three fingers. So, the second guy kept yanking and jerking my hands arms and wrists in unnatural positions. I have arthritus and it is painful. I get manicures monthly, but never had anyone yank and obviously be irritated with me about positions. I'm a human! Not a dog to swat and yank. I wish places that call themselves 'American' knew about customer service. Having no patience with me and yanking me around is ridiculous. I should have walked. He didn't like that I was trying to chat with other ladies and be positive. So every place I went that day to get pampered, people had an attitude,,,why bother? read more
