I am in the market for a new recliner, not a big fan of shopping in person and especially not of high pressure sales tactics, so I generally take advantage of the research online. This being said, I had seen multiple commercials advertising a "moving sale". I highly doubt they were moving but thought it might signal good prices and open the door for negotiations. I am one of those people who refuse to pay full price unless absolutely necessary. So, I got on their website and looked at a few recliners. I then sent an email inquiring about the quality of the leather. I also asked what the cash price was for it. This was on July 30th; I NEVER received any response and the email did not "bounce back". It is obvious to me that they do not want to do any legwork to sell anything. Very disappointed because I really wanted a new chair. After checking other Suffs reviews, I will be shocked if I ever hear back from anybody. Sad, somebody could have made a nice sale as I was looking at both a Stickley rocker and Lazy Boy recliner.

Who knew when we first bought a Welsh dresser base from JTA that we would collect and eventually find pieces for our entire home! We have always loved early English oak, and have learned so much about the proper patina. JTA has wonderful pieces and we have benefited from their curatorial eye. We needed a large dining table for our big family. They brought three tables to our home and when they were all too small, they encouraged us to wait for them to find the right one for us. And that they did! They found us a fabulous Irish wake table. We have spent so many family holidays sitting around this wonderful treasure! When we bought our home in Florida, Lori also helped decorate the house in addition to supplying us with period furniture. We love the hunt, finding treasures that reflect our life. And they are genuinely nice people!

We came to this store looking for a western dress for my wife. We are attending a western wedding…read moreand needed the clothing to accommodate. Upon arrival, one is greeted by a pleasant aroma of leather wafting from the store. The front is western themed and looks like something out of a John Wayne movie or old Dodge City. Very creative architecture. Inside the store there is a massive array of "cowboy" hats and boots. Upon entering, we were greeted by a kind young lady who offered to help us with our search. We were looking for a dress for my wife and a dress shirt for me. We found a quality Wrangler western shirt with pearl snaps for me, but the clothing selections for women were a bit light. It is fair critique, but in their defense, the name of the business is not Western Wear, it is The Boot Store. After striking out, we left for another store to find a dress. We found one at another location. Upon finding the dress, we needed boots to match. My wife has extremely wide feet, which has always defeated her in finding cute cowgirl boots. Realizing we were now in the hunt for boots, we returned to The Boot Store. They had no boots my wife's size in stock. This is not a strike against them. Many companies don't make D width cowboy boots. Even fewer carry that inventory. Nevertheless, the same young lady who had helped us previously returned to our side to help. She measured my wife's foot and helped her determine exactly what type of boot we were looking for. We did find one pair that would have worked, but they were a high end boot and beyond our price range. Prices vary from very cheap to very expensive and everywhere in between. For the average western boot wearer, male or female I can't think of a better place to find western footwear. This is a destination location for all things western. Hats, belts, buckles, western shirts, and boots, boot and more boots! Every type and sort and color you can imagine. My wife used the women's room while she was there and the toilet was clogged. Eh, these things happen. If there was a negative that was probably it. Parking is ample. The business is on a busy thorofare. Getting out can be a challenge at peak traffic times. Overall, a five star experience for us.

It is a small store, but it has a nice inventory of farm supplies and honestly, stuff you don't find other places. One of the reasons I cannot write a longer review is because I don't get in to the store often, because they always seem to be closed by the time I get home from work. For me, it makes it hard to purchase there. Service is good. Always friendly, always helpful. Parking is ample. It can be hard to get out onto the highway coming out of the parking lot, but that can't really be helped given the location. Overall, nice store!
