Tifton Ga location. First Haley and Anthony have been…read morefabulous at this location. Today, I had 2 vehicles service, spent over 2k. First vehicle was great! 2nd vehicle, Steve rolled his eyes at me when I said the problem sounds like ball joints. He must be raising teen girls but no one in customer service should ever roll there eyes at a customer. Highly recommend staying clear of Steve. The company should keep him away from customers. I wouldn't recommend an alignment here either. When I walked in to pick up the car I requested someone other than Steve but no, Steve had the credit card device pointed out to me just tap and go. Not friendly at all. I don't think he even said a word. If I ever took my vehicle back an Steve was working, I'd drive straight by. Workers make or break a business. Steve will break you if you. Customer service is top priority. BTW it was ball joints issues and the problem sounded just like ball joints so Steve bite it with rolling your eyes like a teenage girl.
