The foster family was lovely and answered all our questions. They clearly had provided the puppy with an excellent home environment and had been taking fabulous care of her. Our puppy is an absolute delight and has fit right into our home. Adoption process was very easy and I was provided with all of her medical records and tons of pictures immediately. When I needed some follow-up heartworm preventative medication, they were quick to get it to me at no extra charge. Fabulous experience!

BUT there are plenty of bins to go through and in the couple hours I was there they refreshed so many bins. Before coming, I think people need to do a bit of research between a "normal" Goodwill and an outlet like this. Nothing is hung up, nothing is "organized", and it's really a free for all when it comes to flipping through. That's the fun of the bins! I got 13 items for less than $30 during my trip which was such an awesome deal!
