Found out that "certain" religious types aren't tolerated. She let her stay for a brief period. And isolated her in a far room away from prompt care. Luckily, i am a customer service professional and sussed out her true prejudices. She(my mom)was there for a brief time but it was too long for me.

The help available is mixed as some were friendly and helpful, others not at all, although wait time for help was generally unreasonable (hours at times to respond) Therapy is a 2-3 star. Food was awful and if family member can't feed themselves, too bad for them.. Had experience with Symphony and Aerius, and while accommodations were more polished here than at Symphony, the rest is well below others in all areas and that's saying something. All I have left to say is; if you believe in karma, keep loved ones away or plan on a sad future ahead.

I called and said "My Aunt is dying and I can't handle this, I need help" The hospice nurse said " I was just there this morning and she was fine" well, she was not fine. My best friend is a hospice nurse with another company. I video taped my Aunt and counted her breaths. My friend said she is dying. She said ask for morphine because they gave my Aunt nothing. Dying special needs and no meds. Unreal. Still being tube fed up until the end. A total heartbreaking nightmare for me. I was screaming, GET THE MORPHINE!!! Finally she got it, surprised I was not arrested. She got it and then passed away 15 minutes later. Total nightmare that haunts me. Never use Seasons hospice !!!!!

My 95 year old Mother was under Season's Hospice care for a year at an assisted living home the…read moreentire one year Covid-19 lockdown. I depended on them to give me a full report after each visit. I found out that one nurse who was supposed to visit face to face with Mom was actually calling the head nurse at the Home to get a report from her car, and would relay Mom's vitals to me like she was actually there. When I asked the nurse about something specific pertaining to Mom, she would quickly tell me she was doing fine and would change the subject. I found out from the Home admins she was not even going into my Mom's room. Well, my Mom passed away on March 8th 2021, and not one nurse came to visit her during the last week of her life. All they were doing was prescribing more and more morphine until Mom was a vegetable and hadn't been able to eat for four days before she cruelly died. The Home asked me if I would like to be Mom's care giver the final days and had I not been there to give Mom water and whisper support to her, she might have died sooner. For the last days of Mom's life, the Home acted as if their hands were tied being under Hospice care and Hospice acted as if Mom's final days were the Homes' responsibilities. Mom passed on March 8th and I have not received any condolences from any nurse that had visited her for the past year. The only person to call was Lynn, a social worker who has been monitoring my health and well being during since the start. Shame on you Season's Hospice for not caring about my Mom even in her final days under your care. You had no problem billing my Mom's Medicare for a year though. Andy Z.

My doctor faxed over an order for you to pick this up a week ago. All I get is "Let me switch you over to that department" Then put on hold for over 10 minutes. This happened twice. I have a life and sitting on a ohne waiting for your attention is not part of it. Maybe I should just place the stuff out outside. The trash collector is better at doing his job then you are.

Despite already going in there, I was blatantly provided the wrong piece of equipment and charged for it even though insurance should have been billed. After using it for a few days, I knew something was wrong as it was causing me to choke. I go back in for the proper piece of equipment. The sales rep was absolutely less than useless. She rudely pointed people to objects across the sales room saying, "over there". You are dealing with a majority of older people who don't know what exactly they are looking for, especially as it isn't their job to know. Your sales rep refuses to get out from behind the counter to actually work and help people. She is lazy and indignant. While I was looking "over there," the sales rep continued to shout across the room my person medical information. I mean- HIPPA anyone? She does not belong in this industry, or anything related to customer service. The manager who came out to help was undoubtedly clueless with any changes the company may have made regarding pay and policy. It's more than frustrating when the employee and management contradict each other in how payment will be addressed. Bottom line, I came in looking for help. I was not helped. It's disgusting to see such poor service and how this kind of business can be run half-ass, leaving its customers searching blindly for what they need just in order to live a more normal life or I don't know, maybe not die in their sleep. Extremely disappointed with Binsons in Southgate and judging by the reviews, so are others.
