Hello, I have a complaint to make. I am very disappointed in…read morethe service that I received on today. Today was my first time seeing an orthopaedic doctor for my knee. I saw Dr. Kushal Patel today and he didn't seem to want much of my time at all. I felt rushed, barely had time to say what I needed and he didn't even exam my knee at all. Didn't even touch it. All he did was looked at the xray and gave his opinion. This kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I said that i had the right date as shown on my appointment reminder card. The manager, Ryan, asked to see the appt. card. I told him i would bring it on my next visit. When I showed him the card on my next visit, i told him i did not appreciate his doubting my word or calling me a liar. Instead of being courteous, gracious and professional, he started to argue with me and debate what was said. He then started to walk away from me, and i said i wasn't done we were having a conversation. He said he wasn't going back and forth, and that I came at him and not to expect him to take it. I asked to speak to his manager, I was told he was the manager, I asked for his boss. He walked away and then came back, I told him i wanted to speak with someone else. He had my therapist come speak with me. She is excellent, professional, capable and courteous. I was under the impression that she was going to have her boss call me. I heard nothing. I was made to feel embarrassed and humiliated. This is not a path towards health and well being. Unprofessional, Rude, Argumentative, Discourteous, and Condescending.

My appt was today at 8am/8:30am . They called me at 7:40pm as I was getting in my lyft ride and told me they probably wouldnt be able see me because I needed a referral and then said they were short staffed and didnt get to the information in time! Not acceptable! I told them I had an uber waiting and would have to go ahead and come and work something out . I get there and tell the idiot at the fromt desk what happened and she said the even dumber office manager Alicia Otto would be there in about 20 min . i got on the phone and called the insurance company and explained what happened and they stated that this was not acceptable but they would honor amd approve the referral if the facility could go ahead and see me. Whoever spoke with them said NO they cant do that. After another 30 minutes no Office manager came ! I asked where was she, she magicaly appears and lies to my face and says she thought i was getting it worked out with my insurance knowing they had already said they wont see me ! A liar! I let her know that it is not my problem that they dropped the ball and didnt verify the insurance in time because they had ample time to do so and she left me sitting there! She came up with no resolution! never said if they get the referral I can come back or work something out! Just basically like sorry oh well. If you have another place in mind please use them and never go to any of these facilities becaue they are incompetent and lazy! By the way i was sent to voicemail and still not called by the regional office manager Lilly!

I hope to not need PT again but if I do or anyone I know needs it, I would only go here. Forever grateful for all of the help - my full recovery after ACDF surgery is thanks to the ATI team in Rockwall. Thank you to Jessica, Bruce, Ryan, Chase and Alicia! You guys are truly the best! Regarding the 1 star review from what I observed going 2-3 days for 3 months - therapist spends 15-25 minutes on average on each client and the rest of the session is exercise which the PT assistants are more than qualified to lead patients thru (the PT writes exercise plan). Sounds like the person with 1-star review expected a massage type session which isn't how any of the PT places I've been to over the years works.
