In the beginning, I was not told this would be a two day job. They were late on both days of this job. The time was underestimated each day for the job. They parked illegally in a driveway, blocking two cars access to leave. They left the floors dirty and did not clean up. I wish I would have known that I could have to clean up after them, so I could have planned this additional work. They left the heater at 76 degrees for two days WITHOUT asking me. I had to rush an hour's drive just to turn off the heat. The gas bill will be very high. I was not told that my electricity would be used for this service of floor repair. I was not told that the heater would run for two days. I debated to put 3 stars for the good looking floor, but the cons outnumber the pros.

Both of my floors were installed within ~6 hours each time (~150sqft each). I can't recommend Nam enough if you're looking for a hardwood flooring install in the greater Boston area.

We just hired him again to finish our job after the GC quit! (GC's floor guy butchered our upstairs and basically ruined our new floors) We thankfully got Sye to do our first floor... the difference is incredible! The floors looks like glass when the light hits them... so smooth to the touch! Sye had the difficult task of trying match our original floors and deal with our uneven framing from 1955. He was more run up to this task!! He has come a long way from when we first met him and has obviously focused on perfecting his trade!! Sye uses an extremely high quality sander that left our home with legitimately zero dust!! (The GC's guy required professional cleaners after he did our floors!) Sye also used very high quality stain and finishes... which can take a bit longer but are well worth the wait!! Sye was able to fit us in his schedule almost immediately (which was a huge help cause we are trying to refinance). His quoting software and brochures also simplify the process... so if you are unsure of what style or finish he can easily guide you! Hired them to do some pergo type flooring. Before hiring them I told them several times my floor…read morewasn't level and the only reason I wasn't doing it myself and was hiring them was because the floor needed to be leveled first. The said they could do it, and we agreed on a fee for leveling the floor. Great. But then they didn't level the floor. The installer said it wasn't necessary when I came home and he was 3/4 done with the floor. When I complained about the final result, they didn't offer to take up the flooring and level it to make it right. They did remove the charge for leveling the floor but otherwise charged us full price for the install. 6 years later and our floor has been awful ever since Day 1 and I still hate how bouncy it is in many spots and its now starting to pull apart. I already need to pay for a new floor when should have lasted 15 years or more. I will say everyone we spoke with was kind and never rude, even if they didn't offer to make it right.

Don't call the owner A.J. or the manager they clearly don't care nor do they want to discuss what my questions were. The store didn't have AC. It was hot.
