We had so much to throw away that I wasn't sure how we'd ever get rid of it all. Then I found Red-E Bins. Like most people, I was a little skeptical at first, but that feeling disappeared as soon as I contacted them. Their customer service was outstanding from day one. They were incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made the entire process simple. In fact, I ended up going through **five 10-yard dumpsters in just four weeks** because we had so much to dispose of! Every pickup and delivery was smooth, and on one occasion they even delivered a dumpster the very next morning after I reached out late in the day. If you're looking for a dependable dumpster rental company that communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and truly takes care of their customers, I highly recommend Red-E Bins. They made what I expected to be a stressful project incredibly easy.

Their price is extremely reasonable for the service. The truck showed up on time and I was texted when the driver was on his way. There's no waiting for a huge window of time. Very prompt and superb communication on delievery and pickup. Probably the best part of the business is the skill and understanding the driver has when delivering the vessel. He kept the dumpster off of the sidewalk (so I wouldn't have any code enforcement issues), gave me plenty of room to open the dumpster's doors, even with the vessel placed in my driveway. Rain was in the forecast when my dumpster was delivered, so the driver went out of his way to explain to me how to prevent my general waste from getting waterlogged and costing extra due to the additional weight. He explained how I should use a tarp and how to connect it so rain water didn't fill in center of the tarp and sag it to the point where I would have an extra problem to deal with. His tips were invaluable. It is clear this is a family owned business that works with an old-world business mentality. They do things right and offer a great service to customers. I endorse their business and would aggressively seek out their help in the future.

We needed to toss old furniture, lots of cardboard boxes, garbage, and a ton of other miscellaneous items. He recommended the 16 yard dumpster, so we went with it and it was perfect for our needs. Adrian kept the process straightforward, and was easy to communicate with at every step. He dropped the dumpster off, gave us a thorough explanation of do's and don'ts, and told us he'd pick it up at a later date that we agreed upon. I was so happy with my experience that I immediately recommended him for other events we do on the property. I won't go to anyone else for dumpster rentals or junk removal. Thank you, Adrian!

I order one dumpster for a back yard cleanup which included trash and dirt, Jon recommended two dumpsters, one for the trash and one for the dirt. He gave me a good deal on two dumpsters. The problem was he failed to mention not to fill the dirt dumpster so much because of the weight limit. When he came to pickup the filled dumpster that's when he informed us on the weight limit. He brought another dumpster to transom of the dirt and he and the guys transferred dirt from one dumpster to the other. He said it was enough so the guys stopped. He also said if it was over, he'd dump some dirt out and come back for it. I thought that was fair and paid him in full (my mistake). Jon did dump some dirt out but never returned for it as agreed on. Now I have to find a way of getting that dirt removed to avoid a HOA penalty/fine. Do not pay in full until the job is completed as Jon is not a man of his word.
