I cannot say enough good things about Sutton Well and Pumps. During a snowstorm this weekend, we…read moresuddenly lost all water pressure and were completely without water. I made several calls on a Saturday, and Mr. Sutton was the ONLY person who returned my call -- and I'm so grateful he did. Even though he lives in Hartsville and we're in Pamplico, Mr. Sutton stayed on the phone with us and patiently walked us through a temporary fix to get our water back on until the electrical box can be replaced this coming week. He knew exactly what was causing the shutdown and explained everything clearly, calmly, and kindly. Thanks to his guidance, we got our water running again. When it shut down once more the next morning, we knew exactly what to do because of him. His patience, knowledge, and genuine concern for our situation made all the difference. What stood out most was how much he truly cared. In a stressful situation, especially during bad weather, that kind of kindness and dedication means everything. It stuck with me all day because it's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond simply because they want to help. If you need well or pump service, do not hesitate to call Sutton Well and Pumps. Honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate -- that's service you can trust. Thanks from Rachelle and Stu

WARNING I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE THIS SITE FORCES YOU TO PICK A RATING IN ORDER TO POST I WOULD GIVE…read moreTHEM NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE PLEASE READ ON: I hired Jackson Well Drilling to drill a well on my property. Well was drilled and operated properly for about 2 1/2 years until a electrical short caused the wiring to melt inside the pump house which was not their fault as far as I can tell. However upon inspection the the supply line had been installed with a cheap plastic elbow at the top of the well cap and it had broken off after becoming brittle and allowed the entire pipe, pump and wiring to fall to the bottom of the well. I called them repeatedly for more months to come and repair the well, I expected to have to pay for it because of the fire, but I was given one excuse after the other. They would come, they had come and the ground was to wet, they were too busy etc. Finally I gave up and called someone else. The repair people were really shocked to find that the well was installed with a cheap plastic elbow (that should always be galvanized steel) and the wiring (from the pump to the contacts) was at least one size to small for the depth of the well. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I have had to have the pump fished out and replaced (because it was damaged when it fell to the bottom of the well) new wiring installed which was expense and the well was only a couple of years old.
