Our pump that serviced our lawn sprinkler system stopped working a couple of months ago. After…read moregetting several estimates from sprinkler people and plumbers, we chose NextGen plumbing. The work consisted of removing, no longer used, water filtration system, reconfiguring the pipes and replacing the pump with a pump specifically for lawn sprinkler system. Additionally we asked them to replace a water faucet on the patio and install a new garbage disposal in the kitchen. I can not praise enough the dedication and work the whole team, including the owner, Harrison put into getting the job done. There were issues that made the job more difficult than anticipated but Harrison was very responsive to every concern we had. Harrison did everything in his power to see this through to the end. I think it's safe to say my wife and I are not the easiest of customers. Ultimately, the job was done to everyone's satisfaction. Technicians Dave, and I believe his name is Alberto, did the bulk of the work, and were professional in how they go about their craft. With that said, I do believe all that was required to get the job done correctly, is not part of their tasks. There was electrical work needed to be done to make the pump work properly that was out of their expertise. To be clear, I would absolutely employ NextGen for plumbing work in the future. In my opinion you will not find a more dependable and reliable company to do business with.
