Usually getting a suit dry cleaned takes a couple of days but he took only 1 day! I do want to mention that if you drop it before 11 AM you can get things dry cleaned for you by the next day! I came another time to get my pants alternated and it came out perfectly. This man has some serious skill and knows what to do! Super satisfied with the customer service and the owner is a really genuine person who wants to give you the best service! If you need a new dry cleaners, this is the spot to go!

The owner assured me he could do it with no problem. I wasn't in a rush and agreed to pick it up Friday for an event on Saturday. When I arrived to pick up the dress, it was still extremely wrinkled and looked like it had barely been pressed at all. I calmly explained that I was unhappy with the outcome and asked if he could either fix it or provide a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner immediately became loud and argumentative, insisting he never gives refunds. He told me to give him 30 minutes to fix it. I actually gave him an hour and a half. When I returned, the dress looked exactly the same. Again, I politely explained that I was unhappy, and he started yelling, threatening to call the police, and repeatedly saying he had been in business for 35 years. Even when the police arrived, he continued yelling and acting unprofessionally. The officers ultimately told me my only options were to take him to court or leave a review. Just because someone has been in business for decades does not mean they can treat customers disrespectfully. If a business cannot properly perform a service, they should be honest about it instead of taking people's money. On top of that, this place charges more than many other cleaners in the area for poor-quality work and terrible customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your clothes somewhere else.

Items come back clean and neat and they will drop off your items at your building for you if you live close by! The staff here are really nice as well. I am not sure if the prices are considered reasonable or high as I have not checked out other dry cleaning places in the area but it usually comes out to ~$20 for a dress, $10 for a blouse.

Totally serviceable, friendly, quick, affordable dry cleaning in center city. Prices are normal in my opinion - i pay $15 per two piece suit from time to time and $20 once for silk bedding. I like that they are open till 6PM for the after work crowd. Both times I've come in I was seen almost immediately, and the attendant was kind and helpful. They also do alterations although I've never used that service. Usually get a two day turnaround here, although they mentioned you can rush for an additional fee. I'm quite enthusiastic about this place, and it's nice to find a dry cleaner that is consistent and effective! One really important note is that the hours listed on Google and Yelp are not quite accurate. They are open for full service from 8AM - 6PM Monday thru Friday. The rest of the time, 6PM - 10PM Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays & Sundays 8AM - 10PM are only open for drop off, so you can use a drop box (like a library book return) for self-service drop off.

I gave them a wallet for reconditioning and I got it back polished. They are the drop off point for Pete's shoes in Runnemead, who I used when Pete was there. You can no longer talk with the shoe repair girl at Pete's because she got tired of dealing with customers. I dropped off a pair of Clark's shoes and was assured it can be fixed. I asked what if it isn't. The reply was "it will be". I got them back and the glue used let go in two days. I brought them Back and they said " well you know Clarks are not good shoes. They assured me of it being corrected. I got them back only to find that the shoe repair girl used a hard setting glue which started cracking during my first wear. Pete, God rest his soul, was great at the shoe craft. This 2nd generation shoe maker needs to go to a school to learn the craft. i can't stress enough: If you care about you shoes or clothing find another place Don't use this novelty shop. My $125 Clark's got ruined my these people.
