Follow-up communication was abysmal, with my case being confused with another customer's and no effort to resolve the issue. This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is shocking. From previous reviews, it is apparent that this company likes to make follow up comments blaming customers, I don't think this review will be any different. Avoid at all costs!
