When I got inside the manager came to the desk and, in an overly friendly way (read agressive salesman) the manager proceeded to try to sell me all kinds of services I didn't need and had no intention of buying. I did not appreciate the ruse employed to get me inside the bank. Still a good bank, just don't let them do this to you.

Had a car loan with them a few years back and had a very positive experience! I like their new location in Cottonwood Heights. Beautiful building and the tellers were so helpful and friendly! I needed money wired from my account to complete a purchase of a condominium. I thought it would take a few days to wire the money. But to my surprise, it was received the next day and the title company was able to complete the transaction and close the loan that day! They completely understood my situation and did everything they could to help me with it! They bent over backwards - knowing that I could save some money if I closed early and they made it happen! I was very pleased! I love this credit union and would highly recommend it!

This account is where my deposit for income are made so all of a sudden without notice I was not bringing in ANY income. In the last 4 months I have been given the run around Numerous times in trying to get my new business account receiving deposits. Wells Fargo gave me the wrong letter several times and this week told me the letter I need needs to come from the Legal team. Branch Manager refused to send template to legal team because the print is too small. The money I have been trying to access has been on hold now for 4 months. Shouldn't the Branch Manager have known how to help me get the documentation I need??

Stating this again, without ANYONE CONTACTING ME WITHOUT ANY WARNING or TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION! Never late, always on time, great payment history, and usage of the credit line.
