The doctor, Lorisa, was speaking very quickly and sometimes stumbling over her words, which made it difficult for me to translate everything correctly. When I asked her to repeat herself so I could properly understand and translate for my mom, she seemed bothered. At one point, she got very close to my face and looked at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. My mom and I both noticed her attitude and felt like she was frustrated with us. I understand that doctors are busy and have many patients, but that is not an excuse to make patients or their family members feel uncomfortable for simply asking questions and trying to understand what is being discussed. This is someone's health and potentially someone's life, so communication should be taken seriously. Because the doctor seemed bothered by me helping translate, she eventually sent a supervisor who spoke Spanish. The supervisor, Frania (I apologize if I misspelled her name), was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. However, she explained many things to my mom that the doctor had not gone over, including information about the list, costs, and other important details. This unfortunately made me look bad to my mom because I was trying to help her understand, but the doctor had not explained everything to us in the first place. I truly appreciate Frania for being so respectful and taking the time to communicate with my mom. Unfortunately, the doctor's attitude and the lack of communication made this experience very disappointing. Having a job where you care for people is important, but the way you treat your patients matters just as much as the medical care itself. Please have patience and consideration for others, especially when there is a language barrier.

They updated their program for vehicles of cellphones and tablets and did not update the program for customers who only have access to desk top and lap top computers only. Everyone does not have a cellphone or tablet and they don't care. I reached out to this company regarding this problem and they basically told me nothing will be done to ensure this level of customers will be updated so we can have access to the program we are paying for. So, you are not able to access every aspect of the program we are entitled to as paying members. The new program is flawed as long as they take this type of attitude. This is also very unethical to charge for services that are not being rendered to all customers. I am so disappointed that WW does not care and should have updated this program for every vehicle their customers utilize to access the program. Angry and disappointed customer.
