I find Marti delightful, informative and to the point. She is willing to answer all my (often pretty stupid lol) questions. I also find her husband Dr. James L. Edwards wonderful as well. It's a family yet professional atmosphere which is what I am looking for. I even feel like I'm part of the family at this point lol. And I can't wait to try the Fraxel Laser. I have an extreme fear of needles which theyre very aware of and do their best to accommodate me. Which has helped me tremendously. My Botox looks amazing, Dr. Edwards is very gentle, Marti always tells me how much longer by letting me know "we're almost done" or "just a couple more Cheri, we're almost there" or "last one" which is very helpful and much appreciated with my fear of needles. I have never bruised from it and I bruise very easily. I swell very little and it's completely gone within an hr. Which again is odd for me. could not recommend this place more. As far as the reviews saying Marti is rude or unprofessional, I would have to ask those ppl to take a look at how they treat others.
