Glass Glow Trifecta Facial at Rejuvenate | Oakley, CA I had the most lovely experience at Rejuvenate and can't recommend the Glass Glow Trifecta Facial enough. From the moment you walk in, the medspa feels warm, inviting, and elevated. The entire team -- Stefanie (owner) and Heather (office manager) -- are incredibly approachable, welcoming, and professional. You instantly feel cared for. My esthetician, Brooklyn, was exceptional. Her touch is soft yet firm -- deeply calming and soothing. After a thorough cleanse and derma-planing, the exosomes caused a slight tingling at first, but as Brooklyn gently massaged them in, it completely dissipated. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the aromas of the exosomes and PDRN were -- subtle, clean, and luxurious. The results speak for themselves. My skin feels tighter, deeply hydrated, incredibly soft, and refreshed. I have mature, dry skin, and today my skin feels refreshed, nourished, and glowing without irritation. Stefanie the owner and injector was great. But my issue was the tipping. Any type of Injection isn't cheap. My total was over 1,400 dollars, and when she handed me the iPad to pay, it had the tip choices from 18% - 25%. Which was anywhere from $250 - $285. Thats a hefty amount on top of an already expensive service. It sadly made me uncomfortable, because I was under the impression since injectors are medical professionals, tipping wasn't encouraged like that. I definitely believe in tipping for great service, but having the iPad ask like that seemed pushy. read more

My botox never really took, I received botox in Nov I wanted to give it the full 2 weeks for it to take, It never really did and now my face back to where it was prior to getting botox. I also have a extra pocket below one of my eyes that wasn't there prior to getting botox. read more

So sad wanted to support her and continue to go to her because she's local and I usually have to go to Walnut Creek to get my Botox/ Filler. I got 40units and after two weeks or so it never took to the right side of my forehead. Looked horrid tried to call leave voicemails reached out on IG for a follow up. I would have paid for follow up but no response ever. They also request tips which is unheard of in the cosmetics / medical community. She is very gentle when giving treatment and injections. She also used a different Botox then I have before and am waiting on the results. I'm waiting with anticipation for the final result. I hate to write this review but I'm just extremely disappointed in the quality of the injections. I'll start by saying I give the staff alone 5 stars. Stefanie has been extremely welcoming and pleasant to see the few times I was here. I got a facial with Jaci and she too was super kind, I enjoyed my interactions with the team. With that said, I'm very disappointed in the quality of the injections. I went in for injections after having my baby, I was overdue and excited to get back on track. I am not new to Botox as I started for preventative measures almost a decade ago. In this time, I've used Botox, dysport and Xeomin which all lasted roughly 3-4 months each time. Fast forward, I'm new to this area so I decided to give this place a try after seeing the $10/unit marketing on social media. Here, they use something calling Jeaveau which I've never heard of but it was explained to me that this is similar to Botox and has the same lasting effects. Let me just say- this is a classic case of, you get what you pay for. I went in for my first appointment, I got roughly 40 units and was told to come back in two weeks for a follow up to evaluate and add units if needed (I've never heard of this at any other place I've been however, I trusted the process). I went back in two as recommended and needed additional units. So at this point I paid for initial service and then I had to pay again at the two week follow up for more units.. Two visits and 45+ units lasted me a total of SIX weeks. I had full movement in all injected areas within a month and a half! I don't know if the product just sucks or if it's watered down but given the super low price of $10/unit, I should have known something was off. I'm extremely frustrated because I paid hundreds here for it to last only 6 weeks and now I have to pay another few hundred elsewhere! I should also add that when I texted Stefanie about this, she asked if I wanted to come in for her to look but I didn't reply because I'm not paying a third time for what should have been a one time service lasting 3-4 months or so!! My advice, pay the market rate of $13-15/unit and get a product that will actually last a decent amount of time. read more

I was referred by a friend and decided to o schedule an appointment on my next day off. Scheduling was fast and friendly customer service offering me a next day appointment which was scheduled for me to be off. Next day approached and I was called early morning for coverage so I tried multiple times to speak to someone in order to explain my last minute coverage call but NO LUCK! I Was then text that morning with a text message asking to confirm to cancel;which I did select option for cancel. What got me concern was that, I received a text immediately saying I couldn't cancel! I called and no respond!!!! Scheduling the appointment was so fast and friendly but to cancel it was near impossible because the phone was never answered but yet they were quick to send me an invoice of a $100 charge for not showing up!!!!! This is upsetting for those in the medical field thINGS change day to day and when you tried to speak to a someone it's impossible. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone in my shoes and would like to say better things but wasn't given the chance. read more
