DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE I got my car inspected…read morehere about a month ago. They said all was good, but that the tires should be replaced soon. For me, soon is about 2-3 months. Yesterday, my car hydroplaned, lost control, and we landed in a ditch. As the troopers arrived, they said that my tires had 0 traction on them and that it should not have passed the state inspection. I'm convinced that these tires are the reason the accident even happened in the first place. For the love of god, don't get your inspection done here. Go literally anywhere else.

I was in desperate need of fuel and to use the facilities. When I saw signs on the highway that…read morethis was at the next stop I made it a point to stop and use this. Admittedly, not my favorite place to stop, but I will make sue with the options that I have in front of me. When I pulled in to the lot I quickly noticed that I was only going to get one of the two needs met when I came here. See, at the time of my visit, and maybe at the time of me writing this, the indoor, convenience portion of this location was closed for remodel. I was a bit hesitant to pull in here, not knowing whether or not I'd be able to get fuel. Luckily the pumps were still up and working and they had a small makeshift building for paying with cash and small purchases. I pulled in, up to a pump, and paid at the pump. The prices for fuel were on par for the area. If fully functional, this would be a great stop. But seeing how my other need was not going to be met, I was on my way.

Everywhere you look when you walk into their stores, there's a push about their pizza. So finally gave it a try. Not a fan, and it left an especially bad aftertaste with the garlic powder on the cardboard crust. Tried it once and now that's snuffed out my curiosity. I won't be doing that again. Go to a pizza place and get a real pizza.

I later needed to check something in my transaction history and found that another order AFTER I LEFT had been added to my bill, with 4 more items now totaling $20.48!!! They were clearly not mine as I don't eat meat, and I am absolutely outraged that this was able to happen. What happened next was even worse. I called Wawa corporate headquarters to complain and ask for a manager. The person on the phone was not apologetic at all, would not let me speak with a manager, and told me the only thing I could do would be to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, as that was their policy. I tried to do just that, but as it was a pending charge and had not hit yet, the card company said they couldn't do anything until the charge went from pending to posted. I called the actual store and was told the only thing I could do was to come back to their location for a refund. So I had to drive 15 minutes out of the way each direction to go back there to have the charge removed. Luckily, I had a screenshot of my transaction from their app. Without that, I would've had no proof as to what happened. I used to skip the receipts when I went to Wawa. Never again. @Wawa, the way you handled this was inexcusable, and the fact that you were able to put someone else's charges on another's card is FRAUD and CRIMINAL! There happened to be a police officer in the place when I went back in there, and I tried to report the fraud charge, but he said he was from another area and didn't have jurisdiction there. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!
