I also felt like the stylists really listen. I am very picky about my hair but feedback was welcomed and encouraged. We even had to get my boyfriend's hair buzzed and trimmed along the edges after his cut was finished. They were more than happy to spend the time needed to make sure we liked our haircuts. I receive compliments all the time. I have never had a stylist explain so much about her approach and I learn something new each time I go. I addition, Kimberly posts short how-to videos on Facebook that are so helpful. In my opinion, she's the very best at what she does.
