The wiener schnitzel is probably among the best and true to style you will find in Germany - guaranteed. The fish dishes, house noodles and seasonal offerings are for me the highlight here. The owners are ridiculously nice and the husband does mostly all of the service himself while his wife cooks (I believe). Honestly, it's perfect service. The owner speaks pretty good English if you do not speak German. Pricey relative to the city of Fulda and the surrounding region but an absolute insane value compared to any bigger metropolitan considering the high quality of ingredients and execution. We drank a bottle of wine that sells for 35-50 euro in a liquor store priced at 50 euro here.

Can't exactly rate it 5, as this is an average food place with middle of the road beer, food and service. I had bratwurst with sauerkraut, my son had the schweinebraten and my wife and daughter the summersalad. All plentiful and filling but not above average. The interior is colourful but not special in anyway.
