Location Haircut Friendliness Price Timeliness = 5 stars!! I am so excited to have found a great groomer! I was a little skeptical about the area but I agree with another reviewer who said they felt right at home with their best girlfriends as soon as they walked in! The workers seem to love their job and all the pups that come in! I was quoted 3 hours but she called me about 2 hours later saying my Luna was good to go! When I walked in to get her the other dogs seemed so happy and relaxed on the grooming table, you love to see it! There were about 4 dogs in the shop including my Cavapoo and all the haircuts looks soo good! This is my third place to try and while it was more expensive than the other places, you get what you pay for!! read more

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Give this groomer 10 starts! The second I walked into this place I felt like I was at home with my best girlfriends. My dogs were able to get off their leashes and play with the shop dogs while I spoke to amber about life and obviously about what I wanted done to my doggies. God bless this woman because I know I put the pressure on with my request I can be a weeeeee extra when it comes to my babes (aren't we all?) and I know it can come off intensely. I left my dogs in the best hands ever and I was able to walk away without a single worry! And HOLY FRICK WHEN I CAME BACK- they looked FLAWLESS! I mean seriously! My golden had chiseled ears and a beautiful notch and underbelly! Exactly how I wanted him! And my springer puppy was just a fluffy puppy boy and she took care of some of his puppy fluff on his pointers that was bothering me. I honestly didn't want to leave this place because I just felt so comfertabke there! I wish I could go back to just simply hangout 10/10 would recommend! Worth every penny and more! read more

I took my little yorkie Chalupa in for a groom and was skeptical because of what PetSmart did to her. My fiancé went to get her and she came out looking like a superstar!! The price was very affordable and I love how they took their time with her. She usually gets a little timid with new people so it can be a challenge, but they handled it well.We have found a new groomer and I am excited about it! I very much liked how my dog was groomed and felt grateful that I was called as soon as my dog was ready. The issue I have had for the past year has been with the lady who answers the phone. She is unnecessarily rude. I've noticed it with myself and other customers. The last phone call I made to schedule an appointment, she was short and audibly annoyed with my questions. I decided not to schedule the appointment and we will not be back. read more

By far the best groomer I've been to! My babies Noble (Yorkshire terrier) and Nala (Standard Poodle) always come home looking beautiful and smelling great too. All of the groomers there are so nice and professional. You can tell how much they all love the pups that are brought in. I won't take my babies anywhere else in Arkansas! read more

Benji loves Amber and she is so sweet with him. I have never gone in to the shop and seen anything but kindness with the groomers. If your dog is aggressive or mean spirited, she may restrict with a muzzle, but any groomer would. Love her!!! read more
