Ambassador is the best company to paint your house. They just finished my house June 10, 2014, came back for their final inspection today June 13, 2014. I am completely happy and my house looks wonderful. Ambassador will roll and brush the paint on your house. I watched as they opened the paint cans and use the paint out of the cans. Why is that important? I use to hire painters that sprayed my house and if I was lucky those paint jobs lasted only 4 or 5 years. I would watch as the painters would thin the paint with water so they could spray it on. I would always think that can't be good to thin paint it will not cover as well. I was correct. You get what you pay for. I will not have to paint my house for 10 - 15 years. I will do it in 10 years because I take care of my home and paint helps maintain your siding and wood trim. Roll and brush puts a much better thickness of paint on your house that will last. I picked Ambassador because it is a family owned and run company. I checked them out on review web sites and they had great reviews. Wanda, one of the owners, comes out and explains the process they go through and she walked around my house with me to see what had to be done. The bid was more than fair. Ambassador employees take pride in their work. The head manager/painter of their crew is a family member. The rest of their crew has been with them for a long time. They know their jobs get right to work. They are neat, took care of any drips and they did not paint on my brick! I have old paint from other painters on my brick but they made sure they did not paint on my brick. They finish the job and give you a couple of days to look all of their work over. Vince, the other owner, came back today to make sure I was satisfied and to re-inspect all the work. I had a couple of places I thought the paint was a little thin. Vince got out the ladders and touched up all of those spots and he saw a couple of more and made sure they were taken care of. They have a guarantee and if I see anything else I will not hesitate to call them because they will be happy to make sure all is right. As I said a Professional Job! I'm not often one to write reviews, but people should know just how amazing this company really is! My neighbor used Ambassador for exterior paint, so we called them for an estimate. Crystal showed up very quickly (within the day) and walked the property with us. She skillfully answered all of our questions and gave us more information than anyone else had. She had a bid to us by the end of the day. Due to weather, we had to wait longer than initially planned, but Crystal kept us well informed and up to date on their plans. When they arrived on paint day, they arrived early and with a wonderful crew. Crystal came with the crew, which was very helpful since we had changed the plans a bit. The crew was very efficient, friendly yet professional, and just a joy to work with. Vince, Neil, and their men took time to move everything away from the house and were very careful with our property. The job overall came in under budget and was completed faster than anticipated, but I feel that their hand-paint and rolled work was precise and done with pride. I also like that they caulk and prime areas with a great product that will last. Ambassador Painting is excellent! The entire team were professional and courteous. Our house needed a fresh coat of paint, since the builder-grade paint and job was far from complete. I called for a quote in fall '14 and they were out that week. They notified me that they had a full schedule and would try and have fresh paint on our house before the end of the year. However, Colorado weather had a different idea... The holidays came and went and we found ourselves in the early months of 2015. We were totally impressed by the professionalism, communication to begin with by Wanda and all the way through. They are a family company and are all on the same page with excellent communication and great professionalism. The level of quality and care they take with their work is outstanding. They brush paint and do not spray for a thicker coat. They take the time to caulk everything. The pride that they take in a job well done is obvious. In the past I have always painted my house myself. This time I felt my house, especially on the two story side, was just too tall for my own safety. I am very particular and wanted to find a company I felt could do as good as I would have. Ambassador did a fantastic job painting our home exterior. A crew of 6 finished the entire outside of our house in two days and it looks great. Wanda was very easy to work with during the quoting and scheduling. Tom and his crew worked very hard and talked me through all the issues before performing any work, including replacing rotted wood panels. A thorough inspection afterwards caught a few ladder marks that we didn't even notice, which they touched up immediately. As a former painter I checked all the soffit and fascia, even on the most obscure sections on the roof. Every trim spot was carefully and neatly painted, they didn't cut any corners. We received an estimate in late 2016, then the weather turned so they couldn't paint the outside of our home until 2017. They did a great job! Very thorough - all the brush and roller work is tedious, but they did it right. The people were courteous and we easily worked out the few issues that came up because of our older home.
