I dropped it off too them and they said it would be ready in a few weeks. so I checked back with them and I paid over $70. For their services and i worn it a couple times and washed it and a couples patches fell off. so I look on the inside of the shirt and they only put a few stitches on the patches. So I take it back to them and told them to fix it right now. They said they would fix it and now they have had the shirt for 3 months and they haven't done anything and I've called and they keep telling me me that it'll be fixed in another week. I own a small business in IT consulting and although I used to travel extensively, I'm now…read moresemi-retired reducing my need for dry cleaning services. Having recently moved to Parkersburg, I decided to try Kesterson Cleaners to handle a suit and a few jackets in preparation for some upcoming business trips. The jackets were done properly however one of the linings was ironed in a way that let the lining protrude below the coat fabric line. I've had this happen before so I can't really say it was an issue, but it is an attention to detail that some previous (out-of-state) cleaners I've used, successfully avoided. But here's the reason for my post - the jacket associated with my suit was an issue (see pic). It was pretty wrinkled when I took it in as it had been in storage. Unfortunately, Kesterson failed to get the wrinkles out. As my trip is imminent, I am now doing the ironing myself but it was disappointing to have this as an initial experience with a well-established dry cleaner. Hopefully, this can be used as a training opportunity for whoever handles that function.

The dry cleaning services are fantastic, way better than the many cheap dry cleaning storefronts you see elsewhere. These folks do their own processing on site. Everything I've brought here has come back beautifully cleaned. No seared spots on delicates, no stray feathers or lint. All my clothes are bandbox clean when I pick them up. No, they're not cheap. But their cleaning is the best I've found these days and they're trustworthy with my best clothes. I don't live in Belpre but often come back to visit family; I save my dry clean items for when I'm back here. That's how much I love this place!

The service is great and the employees genuinely care about the work they do. Tailoring- I had a pair of jeans brought in from loose fit to athletic/skinny. They did a 5 star job. I've also had several shirts done. My neck size is 17.5 which usually puts me in an XL. I typically wear mediums. They've been able to tailor my shirts giving them all a much cleaner look. I highly recommend both these teams at VS.

Update after owner's response: All 5+ machines I looked at were filthy, 45 minutes after opening…read more This is a normal and acceptable amount of crap in a washer? Do better. I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

Could be a five star business if they actually got their machines repaired. It's calm, clean, and…read moreoverall pleasant. However, there's been several machines out of order for months it seems. I counted last time I was there (Nov 2025), and 20% of their machines were down. That's 1 in 5 and that is not an exaggeration. So if you go and it looks to only have a few people inside, there's a good chance that every washer will be occupied upon arrival. And the only thing worse than spending my day at a laundromat doing clothes, is spending the same time just standing around waiting to do clothes.
