They are respectful (most aren't), kind (a welcomed, added bonus), efficient (almost unheard of in the trades), really, really care about doing a great job (one of only a handful of companies we worked with who did), and were very respectful of other work that was done before theirs (WOW)!! That IS unheard of! We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have any cement or mortar/brick work to be done... you absolutely will not find better people to do it! And they were very affordable. They replaced two sections of our driveway that had broken up over the decades. The older gentleman was an absolute artist with the wet cement! They also repointed some brickwork, and were very, very precise and careful about keeping excess mortar off of other parts of our house. We will absolutely, without a doubt, use them again and again. They are one of the GREAT ONES!!

I called today (too lazy to find another source for this product), explained my past difficulties and asked to deal with Noel directly, Noel promised to call me back with a quote. I receive a call back - not from Noel, but from the hapless salesperson who delayed my DIY project a month. When I expressed my frustration to him, he said ok, goodbye. Guess he's heard it all before. There are better flooring companies around. I'd avoid this one.

My reason for the new roof was due to my aging roof and better insurance coverage. I was interested in a fortified roof and he walked me thru everything. His entire operation is a well run machine and the final result is above and beyond anything I could have expected.
