Victory Plus replaced four double-hung vinyl windows at a rental property for me. While his work…read morewas OK the experience as a whole left a lot to be desired. First of all the project was months behind schedule. Victor said he was sick for over a month when he was supposed to install so that put us behind to begin with. People get sick so this is excusable, but that wasn't the end of it. When the scheduled (delayed) install date came up I got a call the day before where he informed me the windows hadn't been ordered at all. Apparently a quote was generated but the order wasn't placed. This resulted in a further 4-5 week delay. Had Victor actually checked for an order confirmation this second delay wouldn't have happened. On the day of the install Victor told me he would show up by 9am to start. He didn't show up till 11am. On day 2 of the install he again said he would be there by 9am but didn't show till 10am. Not much respect for my time as I had scheduled open slots in between meetings to get him started on the job. The next issue was with the charge to get rid of the old windows. He had included this in the original quote but said that the dump had increased the minimum charge a lot so he wanted me to share the cost. I declined to do this and he got very rude about it with me. I didn't appreciate that one bit, given that the increased cost of the dump could have happened during the long delay and so I wasn't responsible for it. Finally the job included paint and trim repair. He did do this but not that well as he was rushing to get to something else. Had he showed up on time he wouldn't have had to rush but somehow me insisting that I would pay the balance once the job was completed made me an a-hole. He got very pissed off at me and yelled at me that "I knew you were this type of guy when you refused to pay for the increased dump fee." Overall his work was OK but the rest of the experience was lousy. Would not use this contractor again.

He came and pressure washed the patio, filled in the missing dust. He had to come back because he had to seal it. He did come back to drop off a gallon of high gloss, which should've been 4 gallons for the size of my patio. He told my husband he'd be back after lunch. I sent pictures of my patio when it was new and wanted the same sheen. He never responded. He told us the day before that he underestimated the job and asked if we could pay him minus a hundred until he finished. He never came back or responded to me. Do not hire this company. Going to work with them again at my parents place and highly recommend for quick thorough service at a fair price.

I have an old house with some old windows and some storm windows. The windows were cleaned well and happy with the service when they were here. Issue--a window was broken while cleaning. His price was completely reasonable, so I booked an appointment that day. The day of our appointment was a rainy mess, so I emailed him to reschedule for the next day. He arrived on time (actually 5 minutes early!) and got right to work. He and his partner were friendly, efficient and professional. I could not be happier with the work that was done. I knew my windows were dirty, but holy cow- they were dirtier than I thought. My windows were cleaned (both inside and out), screens were removed and cleaned and sills were washed. I never could have done as great a job, and I consider this money well spent. I have already recommended them to a friend and my mother-in-law and would not hesitate to recommend them to other friends and use them again myself. 5+ stars for Sunnyside Windows.
