Unfortunately, there was no way to get one pre-built delivered to my back yard. It had to be built on site. That added cost, but I am very happy with the finished shed. It is very sturdy and framed up just like a house. This shed has a work bench and two storage areas in the loft. It is nice. I ordered one with the primed siding since it had to be painted to blend in as per the HOA. The crew brought the all the lumber precut to length. They assembled 8'X12' the building in about 4 hours. They did not take a break. There were three carpenters and they really worked like a professional team! When finished they cleaned up everything and were gone. Great company to do business with! It was supposed to be an a.m, delivery but they forgot. Then when the 1:00 delivery was supposed to happen, excuses kept popping up till it became a 3::00 delivery. They really have you over a barrel on delivery of their sheds because they only have one guy doing the deliveries at his own pace, and there will always be an excuse as to why they are running late.

We found what we wanted and called back to order over the phone. They made it very easy to pick it out and choose our colors. In all, it was about 25 minutes.
