This place is wonderful. They take UPS and FedEx packages. If you have a prepaid mailing envelope for $.50 you can get a receipt which is wonderful to have and that the mailing envelope does not include. I am ashamed that I have to post my first negative review on yelp. My last trip to Amazing (not at all) I was treated like I was very unwelcome. Today's visit was way worse when I met the rudest person I have met in a long time. This employee is hurting your business! I see this store has a 2.9 rating on Google and I hope the owner can fix this. I live in Crawfordville and always try to do business in Crawfordville. For the most part everyone here is very kind and willing to help. Rant over but please let me know when this lady no longer works there so I can continue to support your business. If it was a one time thing I get it - we can all have a bad day - but not every time. Please fix your employee problem. read more

I rarely leave these type of reviews but this was a must. I am a nurse and for my state license have to complete fingerprints. First of all, no staff has masks on and the staff makes it clear that "no mask is required". I deal with covid everyday at my hospital and the audacity is unbelievable. Completely unsafe and unsanitary. The store itself is a complete mess. Things for sale everywhere you look. They charge 50¢ for a receipt if you need one after any purchase you make there which is absolutely absurd. If they're charging money for a receipt I can only imagine how financially unstable the business is itself. Side note in between customers Who im assuming is the owner has her children and pets there yelling at them. Moral of the story, don't get your fingerprints here unless it's an absolute last resort like it was for me. read more

I really don't like leaving bad reviews on any business especially local ones I used to go here all the time but recently the owner/manager was yelling at me and being very disrespectful to me when I was simply asking why I had my package returned regardless this is not how we should treat people and this is such a childish business I really don't see how they are open I get better service at the post office not even 5 minutes away read more

I have been going there for over 10 years. Mostly to mailout packages or get the box size I need. Even though there always seems to be a steady flow of customers coming and going all the time. The folks there are ready to help each person as soon as they can, I have never had wait very long, they are fast, organized and always friendly. Warning! This may be the most expensive shipping place, ever. We brought in a large oversized but not heavy package to ship UPS. We were told that it would cost $175.00 to ship to Colorado. Upon calling UPS, we found that the same package would cost $102.58. We reached out to Amazing who did not back down on the price and remarked how much easier they were making it for us. I am all for profit but 75% profit? I will go out of way to drive all the way to Tallahassee to have packages delivered. read more

Crooked, dishonest and unprofessional business. Be warned! Do not use them for computer repair. Very deceptive practices used.

I honestly wish I could have given it zero stars or a negative star. Unfortunately Yelp does not have that option as of yet. I called and asked for a 26 inch box or something that could accommodate something that was 24 inches in length. I asked my husband to go up to the store to pick up the box for me. The lady at the desk started arguing with him stating I asked for a 26 foot long box. I was luckily sitting next to him when I made the phone call so he could confirm I had in fact actually asked for a 26 inch box. After that he got long list of questions as to what I was going to do with the box and how I was going to ship it. He was there to simply pick up a box. mind you my husband did come home with a box that cost him $8.55 that was 26 inches in length torn on one end and water damage on all sides. This will be the last time that amazing mail solution gets our money. You would think with ace hardware being walking distance as well as your local post office being walking distance they would have a little bit more care and concern over A. what they are selling B. how they treat their customers and C. the conditions of the products that they are selling. If I wanted a water damaged, torn up box I could've got one out of the dumpster for free. read more

I went to Amazing Mail Solutions today to drop off a package, as I walked in the door with my Service Dog, there were a few people walking out I was confronted with a large dog running toward us unleashed trying to get to my Service Dog. I was yelling for the dog to get away and trying to get out the door to keep the dog away from my service dog. My service dog is trained, I am a disabled veteran and having a family pet in a business that is so out of control that it is running at customers, especially a disabled customer with a Service Dog so that it cannot do its job and then, I have to get my dog to safety because I don't know your dog. I am not going to assume anything about any unleashed dog. I have a $20,000+ highly training service dog that is a medical assistance to ME, and your ignorance thinking your pet is cute and friendly is appalling at best. I know better than to put a service dog vest on my pet, you should know better than to let your family pet that is obviously not trained well, run around your business.........horrible. read more

Great place for shipping and supplies. The staff is always helpful. Very glad to have this store in Crawfordville.

The price they quote will not match the price they charge. Be Warned!! I went in held up a jump drive and asked how much it would cost to print one page off of the drive the woman said 45 cents. Great so I gave her the drive she printed out the one page and rang it up. You would think the bill would be 48 cents with tax. No it was $2.09. I asked you said it was 45 cents she said that is to print it out, it is another $1.50 to download it to be able to print it out. I said you need to tell customers that when they ask not after you complete the service. read more

I learned today that MailBox in the Crawfordville Ace will be able to accommodate my mailing needs! After weeks of going into Tallahassee and locating FedX locations in order to avoid Shannon I am thrilled! They accept both FedX and UPS packages for pick up. The employees at Ace have also heard about the mean Shannon at Amazing Mail. Small town! read more

Absurd when requesting a receipt for the package I dropped off the girl wanted to charge me $.50

I do not like to talk bad about local businesses and I understand people have bad days, we are human. However, I have given this place FOUR times to prove me wrong and they have gotten worse each time. #1 To start I sent off an important truck part off to be fixed and they charged us way more than the post office (but again, I like to support small business) so we let it slide. Then they didn't even tape and protect my package. The part company called to inform me it was damaged due to not being packaged properly and they may not be able to fix it. #2 I took a larger envelope (containing only paper, but thicker) to mail off and had 4-5 stamps on it to be on the safe side, she laughed and said I would need more and could buy it from her. So I took my package to the post office and they said I have too many stamps and my package was delivered just fine. #3 another amazon package to be returned, she charged me $4 to simply tape the box with one piece of tape, I took a similar return to UPS with no box, no tape and it successfully was returned. #4 I purchased from them I paid for it on a Monday, and they said they'd call me by Friday (4 business Days) but it would be ready before then. That Friday came and went, no calls. Another 5 business days came and went, no call. Finally, I went in on the 10th business day and she said "oh I'll have to do that tomorrow". Glad it wasn't a gift! They are very rude and never pleasant. I will not be back! read more

Ordered rushed shipping for a package I needed urgently sent, they assured me I could get it in time through them. Charged me a good sum of money for the "rushed" shipping and I am still waiting for my package 2 1/2 weeks later. Called in and they still have not shipped it yet. The lady who answered the phone was also severely rude and put me on hold for 10-15 mins at a time. read more
