Due to our schedules we booked our first paid lesson on 8/27/2021 we enjoyed that lesson as well. Booked our second lesson on 9/3/2021 which I had cancel due to traveling issues. I called and left message on 9/2/2021 to reschedule. I never heard back from BallroomX. The following week my husband and I got sick. So our focus was not on our lessons. However on 9/13/2021 BallroomX drafted $393.53 out of our account. Our student enrollment agreement states that the monthly payment starting 9/20/2021. That would mean the first draft was 7 days early. I called and left another message on 9/14/2021 and again on 9/23/2021. No one called me back. On 10/6/2021 the second draft came out of our account again two weeks early. I called on 10/7/2021 and spoke with Anthony who said when he got in front of computer to look up our account he could call me back. No call back again...  Once again I called left another message on 10/8/2021, voicing my frustration and my Intent to cancel my student agreement. About 30mins later I got call however the connection was bad and could not hear what the gentleman was saying. I did hear him say he would call me back. I didn't get a call back. I sent email on 10/8/2021 to cancel our agreement & get a refund. Did not get returned email or call back. At this point BallroomX has showed what kind of money hungry company, with no respect for their students. We want nothing to do this BallroomX

I was looking for a fun way to exercise and ballet was something I had done as a little girl and wanted to try again. The adult classes are for any adult, no matter your experience. Any move can always be modified based on your skill level. Currently, classes are twice a week and I always look forward to seeing my teachers, Ms. Lacey and Ms. Leah, as well as my fellow dancers and friends. Ms. Judy at the front desk is always welcoming and there to answer any questions you may have about classes at BCH. Class has always been welcoming and I always leave BCH feeling rewarded and perhaps a little sweaty :)
