This show is so exceptional it has received humanitarian awards for making a difference throughout the world . It is a big top tent with air conditioned fun on the inside. The world of you can be a kid and stay a kid on the inside. Food, drinks, glow in the dark toys, face painting all available at reasonable prices. The show offers hoop divers, morning doves, Havana skaters, double vision, Caribbean carnivale, china soul flyers. Live entertainment and crowd participation was on 10. This show has been alive for 30 years and counting. Check the website if you're interested in attending. It's here until Monday. Check the website for box office hours . Parking was $20 but lot is secured and safe. This show rating is 10/10 . Family oriented and will not disappoint. Check it out before it's too late!

And yet here we are…read more The St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is basically designed to make you interact with things you normally would have absolutely no business touching. You can touch jellyfish, stingrays and other marine life, and yes, I participated. The best thing at the aquarium are the otters. They are absolute characters. The aquarium even has Tommy the Talking Otter, plus regular river otter feeds and chats. I will say, though, those otters appear to be living their absolute best lives. They may need to speak with their nutritionist. But we like chubby things. Especially when they're adorable. The aquarium is housed inside the historic St. Louis Union Station, which was once one of the country's major passenger rail terminals. Today, the aquarium has thousands of aquatic animals and a very hands on approach. And the Yelp beer tasting event we attended there was seamless. Great setting and great execution. My favorite part was probably the interactive aspect. You aren't just walking around looking at tanks. You're getting your hands wet. This is the opposite of a look don't touch situation.

It's a 2 level exhibit where you can watch them underwater and see them in their above water habitat. We were lucky enough to be there at the time of a training session. They were darling! The place was a lot smaller with fewer exhibits than I expected. It's 2 levels with a prescribed path to follow, which I appreciated. The staff were so knowledgeable and very friendly. It was very clean. This would be a great place to spend an hour or so, especially on a hot summer day. For the price of the tickets, it's probably not a place you need to visit more than once, however, I do recommend you visit if you haven't been there.

I've gone there for many field trips in the past however, the magic house made is by far the best field trip experience I've ever had. This is like the ultimate art and engineering studio. I have taken first, second, and fourth graders to this field trip. All ages enjoy the magic house! There is so much to do and I highly recommend this place for your field trip or take your kids. This is not just open for classes from different schools in the area, it is open to the general public. You have to check this out! The staff are amazing by the way! They are so kind and helpful! The museum was well presented; the lady at the front desk was professional, warm and presented well; her intro about the museum provided a great starter to the rest of my exploration of the museum. The facilities was clean and undergoing some construction however none of which negatively impacted my visited. I learned a lot about many great African Americans who are seldom known of by mainstream history so it's a great place for people who want to learn and actually want to learn more about African American and American history overall.

It chronicles the African-American history of St. Louis, and you'd be surprised which African-Americans who are very famous and well-know have ties to this city. The wax sculptures are awesome and really bring life to the exhibits, and most were created by the museums founder, Ms. Lois Conley. I love how they also pay homage to little known St. Louis from the Black community who made indelible marks civically and cultural on the local and state level because you never hear about those heroes and sheroes on the global stage. This is a must see when visiting STL. Admission is $7.50 and there's ample street parking.

This is a small park just east of Forest Park and south of the BJC med campus. It's walkable to the…read moresouthern end of the Euclid strip of restaurants. There is a good parking lot with credit card-capable meters for during the day. I've only ever gone in the evening to play tennis in the evening and never had an issue finding a spot at that time. The park features a sizable children's play gym, six lighted tennis courts, walking paths, and racket ball courts. The lights come on around 8:30pm and are quite sufficient. I always feel safe and can see properly. This park is certainly a nice little slice of nature and leisure in the "city-like" feel of CWE. And I'm sure families visiting their loved ones in the hospital appreciate it sometimes as a place to get away from the hospital. For the rest of us, it's just a good place to go for a little fun!
