They offer bowling and laser tag. They play fun music. Heard "Return of the Mack" 3 times that evening. They have a bar/cafe with a seating area inside and out. For one hour of bowling, 20 mins of laser tag, 2 free drinks (alcoholic included) & a basket of fried Dutch finger food for 23€ per person. Not bad!

There were some jaw dropping moments when things were unlocked. The execution was top notch. The theme was consistent through the game and we felt like we were part of a story. THE QUICK VERSION - Premise: Infiltrate a well guarded vault building complex and steal "The Source" from a heavily protected safe. - The original in-person "The Vault" is an immersion-heavy heist quest featuring a genuine basement play area. - "The Vault Online" virtual play requires Whatsapp, telephone, email, but surprisingly, not Zoom. - Best described as an avatar-led, half immersive experience, half escape game, hybrid entertainment. - The first half of the experience is tech and communication heavy, focusing on infiltration and bypassing security. - The second half is more in tune with a traditional escape room play, with actual puzzles to solve. - At its current state, it's lighter on mental or thought-based puzzles, and highly suitable for beginner crowds. - My subjective thoughts: 2 to 3/10 difficulty (team of 4), ideal team size of 3 to 4. THE TAKEAWAY It was never an easy feat to convert a well-received albeit meant-for-in-person adventure to a livestream remote equivalent; and "The Vault Online" will probably continue to fine tune and improve its operation due to this brand new web-based modality. The Linnaeushof has equipment for kids of all ages, ranging from a simple play area for toddlers, to go-karts, an indoor playground, huge slides, a small waterpark, and really cool chairlifts that took you for a ride across the lake, which you could also explore by paddle boat! At the heart of the playground stands a restaurant, though perhaps snackbar would be a better term. Basic french fries, kroketten, etc., and ice cream. Nothing special, but it's perfect for kids parties and long playground days.
