My mother did me the favor of covering for me at home while I was at work. While I'm at work, the consultant calls saying she's coming from Temecula and will arrive at 11:40. I say, "no problem". She calls again saying she can't find my place, due to the maps app being incorrect... I try to send her a pin, but "her phone doesn't show it". It's 11:50 by this time, and she says to me, "We're gonna have to reschedule, I'm gonna be late for my next appointment". She showed up to the wrong address at the last possible moments of our appointment, and left my mother and I hanging. She got flustered when I tried to give her directions (She was 2 minutes from my house) Didn't feel like my business was a priority in the slightest. Poor communication, punctuality, and lack of professionalism. I called customer service again on the same day to reschedule with a different tech and have yet to hear back. Several days have passed and no word. Time to find the professionals.
