If you are in the USA, do NOT purchase from this Ontario, Canada site. They have a returns policy detailed online, as well as a "contact us" link, both if which are useless. We made an online purchase and the proper product was delivered quickly and in new condition - so we know there are actual people working there. The issue is that the item did not fit. After trying to contact them to no avail via the "contact us" link, we returned the item in strict adherence to their stated guidelines and at our expense. This was a significant expense for an international shipment, but we decided boots that don't fit are simply not worth keeping. Over a month passed and the item was returned to us with "REFUSED" written on it in red ink in several places on the package, but with zero further explanation! We wrote a detailed note via the "contact us" link again, but have never received a response after two further months. We were willing to take the loss for the return shipping charges, but with the product returned without explanation, we have now paid 1.5 times the value of a pair of boots that don't fit. This vendor clearly does not care about customer service or satisfaction. If you are foolish enough to purchase from them, be certain you are willing to keep the item and don't pay to return ship as that will result in additional expense to you. We will likely donate these nice new boots and hope someone will get good use from them.
