"Relaxing" day gone bad. The most painful nail experience I've ever had. I'm from out of town and…read moremy mom and I wanted to treat ourselves to mani pedis while we were in town. I looked up the reviews and they seemed mixed but I thought "how bad could it be". Well, it turns out really BAD. I splurged and got the deluxe pedicure which was anything but. My tech rushed through the entire thing only leaving the paraffin on for mere seconds and badly cutting my toes and the back of my foot with the callous remover. He didn't even seem to notice my foot was bleeding as he continued to rub sugar scrub into my fresh wound. After the miserable pedicure, I figured the manicure couldn't get much worse but I was wrong. He didn't soak my fingers in water and dry cut all my cuticles, each one bleeding. After chatting with him it turns out he just got out of school and had only been doing nails for a couple months. Lucky for my mom she had her acrylic fill done by the owner who did a fantastic job on her nails. It seems like your experience here depends on who you get. I will never go here again and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy but I hope the owner sees this review and works on implementing safer practices and better customer service.
